Hey @Charliimai I'm your buddy! I kept saying I had 3 gifts for you, but there is actually 5. Although, one of the gifts will be done in two parts.

All your gifts will be found here in this thread, and 3 of the gifts tie in together and the other two tie in. I really enjoy these exchanges from doing them in Sims 3. And Sims 4 is definitely easier (no Custard Check lol). Plus it really gives you a chance to meet new people and brighten up their day.

Anyways, All the gifts will be found on this page for you, and the gifts themselves will be tagged with the gift exchange tag and your own name to make it easier to find

Hey, here is Gift #1.

But first a background story without giving too much away

Meet Leo Burrows and Chantal Crystal (they're not the gift), just two of my sims. But they are expecting a baby!



They're so happy!



I've skipped a few years lol. But here is your new sim, Bella Vino.
(There always has to be at least one embarassing photo).
Oh, and if you were looking for some hints into her home, I have none, except for some drywall, and the outside porch. You'll just have to wait



Neither looks very impressed. Don't worry Bella, your parents are just furnishing and finishing the house as they make the money. It'll be done on time.



Don't forget to take a picture with your daddy.



I think when this picture was taken, your mom had passed away.



Trust me, she had a good life, but her time has come and really, she's not the gift!



And then your dad passed away.



And Bella is all grown up now!



Now that you got a little background, which was more meeting Bella and her parents, here is Bella Vino for you @Charliimai .

You'll get an actual background when you get gift #2. It's all tied in to her legacy.

Gift #2

Hey Charliimai! So, I have Gift #2 ready for you which is Bella Vino's home: La Vigna.

The house was a lot of fun, and to be honest, I haven't done that kind of porch yet, but love the way it turned out and I hope you do too.

La Vigna is Bella's Legacy. Her parents worked themselves hard to be able to build and furnish the home in somewhat lavish comfort. Their job is now being passed down to Bella (and hopefully to her children) that will allow them to live in comfort for the rest of their lives. And if we get a certain gameplay object in the future (fingers crossed), then this Legacy will take on a whole new meaning.

Now, I should mention that Bella does have some skills already and her father fully upgraded every appliance. So I'll show you the home, and then the Legacy!

Leo and Chantal dedicated their lives to having a thriving (PERFECT)......

Vineyard! That's right, numerous grapes growing! All perfect quality! Ready to be shipped out to the nectary (hope we get one eventually) and able to live comfortably on the produce alone.

Gift #3

It's funny that you mentioned family restaurant, because that is what Gift 3 is: Sapore del Vino.

Although, Bella's parents never bought the restaurant, it is something Bella can buy because as I said, she can live very comfortably off the vineyard, so this would be a nice little challenge.

The theme of the restaurant is very romantic, with lots of nectar to drink and experimental food to try. In my game, this restaurant is very popular. Anytime, someone calls up to go to dinner, it's always to Sapore del Vino. I've even seen quite a few food critics. Hopefully, it's just as popular in your game. There is some intimate outdoor seating and limited seating inside, all with a single rose. The restaurant is also very high end.

Meet Symphony Ricci.



She's a teenager with no parents living on her own. With not a lot to her name, Simoleons wise. She goes to school and has a part time job. Nothing fancy, she's a Barista. She does have some skills too. She plays the keyboard and she sings. She also LOVES Gourmet Food. She was a made in CAS sim, so she's fresh out of CAS for the most part and no lineage. She does have a home. But you'll get that tomorrow.



As I said, Sapore del Vino is VERY popular among my sims (even for non date purposes lol), and Symphony loves their gourmet food. As she has no parents, I believe a woman she rents from invited her out to eat.

Gift #5

So as I said, Gift 5 is broken up into 2 parts and from her intro, you can probably guess it's because she lives in an apartment. I slid the walls over, so that the entire floor would upload. So why two parts?

Her apartment is located at 702 Zenview. She was able to move in for free, fully furnished with furniture she picked out. But she has to pay rent, so she goes to school, works as a Barista and in her spare time, plays her keyboard to get tips. It probably won't be her forever home, as she wants to live in the highest penthouse, but it's a great starting point.

La Vigna is a very nice home! The exterior design of the home looks so very nice! The porch looks very great! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout of the kitchen and dining areas looks nice, and very nice wall tiling in the kitchen. The outdoors areas look very great!
I won’t post any more about the build because it is your gift to charliimai and she hasn’t yet see it , but just wanted to say that it is a very special legacy home for Bella!

@LadyEmillye Bella is a beauty and her home is Gorgeous, So beautifully decorated. I always struggle to make family homes like this so this is just perfect for me. And that vineyard too I imagine the family one day being able to make the wines they sell in the family restaurant.

Sapore Del Vino is a very nice restaurant for Bella to enjoy running! :)Very nice exterior of the venue! It looks very nice the type of window and door used. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! It looks very nice how the dining tables and chairs have been set up for sims to enjoy eating meals at. The white/grey colour of the tables and chairs, and the single red rose on the table top looks very special It is nice that there are both indoors and outdoors dining areas.

Just wanted to let you know I replaced the corner bath with the base game version as I the one used was from a pack I don't own.

The apartment for Symphony Ricci is very nice! Very nice makeover of the apartment ! The upstairs areas are very special for her! It is very nice that there is a separate dressing and vanity table room! She will enjoy relaxing in the sauna! Very nice bedroom area! The clothes and shoes racks look great there, and the sunflowers picture is a sunny touch on the bedhead wall. It looks nice how the screen shade separates off the bedroom area. It is a great touch that there is a talking toilet. She will enjoy playing the keyboard on the downstairs level. The piano keys wall picture complements well with it.
