Sims 3 Default Eye Recommendation.

I'm kind of bored with the default eyes I use, but I'm really having trouble finding some I like for Sims 3. I prefer Maxis match/EA match type CC.

The ones I use currently are these: http://modthesims.info/d/415082 .. I like them, they look a lot like Maxis's default eyes but improved. I want something a bit more vibrant, though.

Any suggestions?

I adore my Brntwaffles eyes. I use N19 because I like the big catchlight. She has a ton of them though.

I agree with GaiaHypothesis! Burnt Waffles eyes were my absolute favorite out of everything I came across

The eyes on Burnt Waffle's page are pretty, but not quite my taste. I like big, doll-like, and not too detailed.

But if you like big, doll-like eyes, have you seen these Kingdom Hearts Eyes? They look similar to the Sims 4 eyes you linked to.

I used to love Tamos fixed up EA skin and eye defaults. Currently for maxis match in my game, I'm using the following...

I actually really love those, but I've used them before and on Supernaturals with glowing eyes they leave a white circle around the eye and it bothers me ahaha. I'm too picky, I guess.

I see what you're saying, that used to bother me too. So I found a mod to disable both skin and eyes from glowing for vampires. Although probably not a solution if you like the glowing eyes. I never thought of changing the defaults for Sims 3 eyes... are you still able to use the colour wheel with them? Or will you be limited to a certain amount of colours? Right now I usually just try to make my sims eyes unique by giving them a unique colour (like orange in my current legacy, or yellow in a legacy I played 3 years ago). I might consider replacing defaults if you can keep the colour wheel.

@Namaya92 You definitely still have the colourwheel!!! Default eyes are the way to be.

I use the same eyes as @Deshong04. I agree that they're nice and realistic, and I haven't found the urge to ever change them.

I use those Oh My Tiffany eyes as my defaults too. I don't play supernaturals so that ring problem isn't something I've ever noticed, but I seem to remember seeing a mod somewhere that fixes some issue with the eyes? Anyone know about this or am I imagining things?

I love the ones @GaiaHypothesis uses too, but I use those as non-defaults so that i can select them for some of my own sims.

I don't use CC eyes, but I do have a CC skin for my sims that changes them a bit (kurasobarina's Primer skin).
