Witches and werewolves. Other types, well I'd have to play with them and see. Anyway, I like the idea of making them good, bad or neutral - but actually I think there are already traits for these characteristics, so I suppose the supernatural sim behaviours would make sense to be defined by those. I really want their actions and options to be well linked in with the character traits, rather than have supernatural things as an independent thing.

I wouldn't mind some supernaturals back in the game. Since we have Herbalisim, we need some Witches and sorcerers to go with that. Vamps and Werewolves are fine. Having Fairies and Unicorns back would be great. Really like what TS3 did with the supernaturals. I agree with those who weren't crazy about the zombies... I was not thrilled with them either. Plant Sims would be great, especially since gardening is a big thing in this incarnation of the sims. and Mermaids... would love the mermaids to come back. Dragons and a sim bots.
My favourite supernatural type is genie though it came with another pack XD I just love the gameplay they have in TS3. Vampires is a close second, I really like the way they can drink from other sims.
Witches has honestly always been my least favourite, which is funny considering most simmers like that life state. I think it's a little boring collection the stuff for potions etc and then start all over again because you just used up one ingredient. I do like the charms the levelled up witches get though. I think herbalism is my least favourite skill in TS4 because it reminds me of the witch thing so much, but OR is even so an awesome GP.
Honestly I'm looking forward to new and exiting supernaturals. I've mentioned this several times before in other supernatural threads but I'd like to see the suggested elementals, superheroes (they are a kind of supernatural) and the zombies in a zombie apocalypse. For the zombie one I think a dedicated world would be best, so they don't randomly disturb your sims hanging out in the park or show up clubbing in Willow Creek
Gothic Vampires,werewolves, that can change into full wolf form, and run the woods on all fours, like a real wolf. Elves,enchanted gnomes, and enchanted flamingos, that come alive at night, or with a secret potion. The gnomes can help with chores, or just hangout, the flamingos can do a lovely dance for us!
I most wan't Witches and plantsims back in the game, But for plantsims, I wish we had more options for clothing and hairstyles them, I love the plantsims in the sims 3, but you only got one version of outfits, shoes, and hairstyles for each Gender and age. If fairies make a return (just like I wan't with the witches), I wan't that lifestate to be added on to an occult just like the Witches/Wizards in the Sims 2, It could be acquired by something like Sylven or Forest Magic skill, which could be added on to the herbalism skill. and if robots of any kind make a return, I'd like a option to make a humanoid Plumbot/Simbot/Robot Whatever, I too loved the plumbots in the sims 3, but but was disapointed when you could not make a Humanoid Plumbot by EA/Maxis default. and if Werewolves do make a return, I'd like to see them be more WOLF like (Example. Wolf Head/Legs/Tail. I never played the werewolf lifestate for long, basically I couldn't edit them the way I wanted, annoyed that you couldn't edit the clothing more than the accessories). Vampires. . . I can't wait for supernaturals to return in Sims 4! After they came out in Sims 3, I barely played with human sims anymore.

Blood is what historical vamps drink. It goes back further than ancient Rome, so I don't know where you're getting your 'historically accurate' information from. In the ancient world, it was believed that whern red heads died, they would rise again, and drink the blood of the living.
Lifeforce is what a different night-creature sustains itself on (can't think of the name of it right now)
And yeah, no sparkling vamps.
I'd also like vamps to lurk around sims houses like aliens did in TS3. If the vamp gets invited in, then it has access to the house, and can enter whenever it wants. It would also be awesome if they could snack on the wrists of sleeping sims, just for some creepy behaviour.
Definitely werewolves! Idk if anyone here watches the TV show Grimm but if we got werewolves I could make a Sim similar to Monroe on that show. Also mermaids, fairies and plant sims. Something new would be welcome too!

You're probably referring to Strigoi, I feel that it would be nice if Vampires in the Sims 4 carried Real-World abilities so to speak, Blood itself is not very nutritious, In fact if Dracula had to drink blood, he'd have to put the bite on at LEAST twenty people (and that means draining them completely dry of blood each[Quote The Most Extreme - Blood Suckers) every Night just to get the sustenance he needs. I think that to ingest the Life Force of the sim through their blood makes more sense, because a vampire is basically a walking corpse so to speak, it would make sense for them to go after the life force in order to sustain their own.
On the note for New Occults or Occult gameplay, It would be nice if Aliens could get more Alien Specific body parts, like Tentacle Hair or an extra set of Eyes or Arms, or varoius tails for your Aliens, don't get me wrong, I love the aliens from Get to Work (in fact every played household consists of Aliens), but I feel EA/Maxis could have added more to the Occult, especially since we simply haven't gotten any other Occults in the game other than the ghosts (I loved the variety in the Sims 3, though I hated the fact that you couldn't add the Witch Occult to any other Occult, and hated it even more since finding out that you could do it in the Sims 2, but not the Sims 3 without the help of mods like NRASS Hybrid).

Like Instead of draining a Sorcerer of their blood, they could drain them of their magic and use it against them.
