The library is beautiful. You have done such a amazing job with your remake of the Sims 3 Gothic Library. It is absolutely stunning. You have a wonderful gift. Thank you so much. I will enjoy it in my game. You even remembered how much I love those pesky cow plants.

Casa Preciosa is a very nice home! The exterior design of the home looks very nice! It is great that there is a garage in the build. Sims will like using the fitness equipment there to keep fit, The enlarged car is a great touch in the driveway. The planter box windows and greenery on the exterior walls look nice. Very nice backyard areas! The flowers look very pretty on the pathways edges. Very nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy eating meals at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars, The seat bench sitting nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy resting there watching the birds at the feeder. The walled garden patch looks great! Sims will need to be wary of the cowplant! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The coat shelf and shoes rack are homely touches in the hallway. The open plan layout and the furnishing of the kitchen, dining and living room areas looks very nice! The rose and candle on the dining table are pretty for sims to see whilst enjoying eating their meals. The photos of the sims on the walls are special personal touches The bookshelves looks great placed between the counters. Very nice bar stool counter. The sofa seats sitting nook is very nice for sims to rest there in front of the fire having a read of a book. The wall of bookcases looks great! Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The colour schemes are very nice! Very pretty pink /purple colour scheme of Nova's bedroom! The pink unicorn is cute in the room! The wall prints are very nice. She will enjoy sitting in the cute panda chair reading a book. Very nice wall and floor tiling in the bathrooms. The outdoors chess balcony is nice for sims to enjoy playing chess in the outdoors air.
It is a very nice family home!

The exterior design of Laverma Mansion is very nice! It is a very pretty Springtime build! The tower, roofing and the front porch look very nice! The spandrels look very pretty on the front porch. The hedging border of the lot and the hedging archway look very nice. The flowers through the outdoors areas look very pretty! Very nice gazebo! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there in the outdoors air. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The green, blue and white colour scheme looks very nice ! Very nice study ! It is nice that there are two study desks there for sims to enjoy sitting st the table using the computers or resting on the armchair reading a book whilst sunshine comes in through the windows. Very nice dining room! The sunflowers are a sunny touch on the table top and the patterned chairs suits the springtime theme well. Very nice living room ! Sims will enjoy resting on the sofas there, watching tv and chatting. The floral wall pattern on the windows wall, and the flowers in the room look very pretty! The fruit picture looks great on the wall. The plants are nice nature touches on the window ledge. The kids playroom looks so great! Kids will have lots of fun doing the activities there! They will enjoy doing artwork on the activity table, and have fun playing with the toys and dollhouse. The mysims look great on the window ledge! The panda lamp, lady birds ,giraffe and animal pictures are cute in the room! Very pretty and restful looking master bedroom! The soft green wall pattern is very nice.
The home is a very pretty springtime home!
