The Sports v Aliens bedroom is very nice! It looks very nice how half of the room has a red colour scheme and the other half has a grey theme. The corner armchair sitting nooks are nice. Sims will enjoy playing the guitar in their bedroom. The music themed posters look nice on the wall near the guitar. The movie poster looks great on the bedhead wall! The red blinds look nice in the room. The soccer themed bedside lamp and the sporting trophy and photo on the side dresser are great sports themed items in the room.Sims will enjoy resting on the armchair reading a book in the corner nook. The alien gnome on the dresser and the dinosaur in the corner look great in the room! The dinosaur , space, sports and music themed pictures on the walls suit the sims who live there very well! Sims will enjoy dancing to the radio from the music player in their bedroom. The plants look nice placed either sides of the music player.
The furnishing and design of the areas of the room is very nice!

Great job on the twin teens' bedroom! It has just enough clutter to look like teenagers live there, and neat enough to look like Mom has been through before the pictures were taken.

Lot size 40x30

This modern home has 4br& 5ba. Each bedroom has got a double bed and ensuite bedroom. Outside there are 2 pools. This house is build for a bigbrother like challenge, that is why there is an area with 8 easels, 8 treadmills and 8 computers. Made for a DNA request.

Blue Ray is a very nice home! It is great that it is designed for a number of sims to live in the home, with multiple numbers of the items for all the sims to use at the same time. Very nice exterior design and layout of the build! The patio areas look great! Very nice outdoors level for sims to enjoy playing chess at the chess tables in the sunshine. The gym nook is great! It looks great that there is a row of treadmills for sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to do training at the same time, in the outdoors air. The plants look nice there. Very nice sunken pool patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. The raised art nook alcove looks great! Sims will enjoy painting on the easels there, whilst looking out at the views. The outdoors dining patio is very nice for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating food at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. It is nice that there is an outdoors computer study desk tables nook. Sims will enjoy using the computers at the tables there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The clothes shelves and shoes racks look homely either sides of the front door. The dining room is very nice light filled room for sims to enjoy looking out through the wall of windows whilst dining, to see what is happening outdoors. Very nice bar area! The drinks display shelves look great on the wall! The curved bar counter looks nice, and the fruit bowl, drinks bucket and teapots are great touches on the counter. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar after their meals. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The colour schemes of the bedrooms are very nice.
The home is very nice!

Fairlight Victorian starter is such a very pretty home! The tower looks great! Very nice roof covered front porch entry, The yellow flowers either sides of the front steps are nice sunny touches. The colour of the exterior walls and the colour scheme of the interior of the home looks calming. Very nice open plan layout of the interior of the home. The windows dining nook is very nice. Sims will enjoy eating food there with sunshine coming in through the windows. The plant is a nice touch of green on the table. Very nice sofa and armchair sitting nook. Sims will enjoy resting reading a book from the bookshelf , listening to music from the gramophone or chatting. The painting are nice touches on the walls through the home . The flooring in the bathroom looks nice. Very nice furnishing and blue/pink colour schemes of the bedrooms. It is great that there is a study desk corner in one of them. Very nice nursery nook in the master bedroom. The heart teddy and the freezer bunny picture look cute near the bassinet! It is nice that there is a table in the backyard, for sims to enjoy eating outdoors in the sunshine.
It is a very nice starter

Cadena de Luces is a very nice restaurant! Very nice design of the exterior of the venue! The roof covered front patio outdoors dining area looks very nice! Sims will enjoy eating their meals at the tables there in the ourdoors air. The hanging baskets are a nice touch there. The planter box windows look very nice in the bulld. It looks great how you have used the terrain paint for the pathways. The back patio outdoors dining area is very nice also. The orange flowers look pretty through the outdoors areas, The outdoors strings of lights looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the restaurant. The layout of the dining tables and chairs looks great. The flowers look pretty on the table tops for sims to see when dining there. Very nice upstairs bar area! The drinks shelves look great there. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar or enjoy dancing to the stereo music. The cactus plants look nice in both the indoors and outdoors areas.
Sims will enjoy dining at the venue
