The Sims 4 - Retirement Home Challenge

Hello everyone! My name is Playitt with two ts and welcome to my third challenge! I am really exited about this one as I have some great ideas!

Back Story:
You are the only one left. All your co-workers have left to find other employment. You work in a run down Retirement Home with seven elderly people. You spend your time looking after the people as you are a kind person. The elderly people are poor and have no family left so they live there.

CAS
Create one caregiver. This can be male or female. You can create what they look like, their clothes, their walkstyle ect. They must have 'The Friend Of The World' aspiration and must have the neat, friendly and the good trait. Then you must create Seven elderly people. They could be male or female but I would go for a mix. You can create what they look like, their clothes, their walkstyle ect. You can choose their aspiration and two traits. They must all have the slob trait (to make the challenge harder).

Build/Buy:
You could build a retirement home or download one from the gallery. The home must include:
Eight beds - They have to be the cheapest (not the children's bed)
A bathroom - Sink, shower, toilet and a mirror.
A kitchen - Counters, sink, sink, stove, fridge and a bin.
One TV - Cheapest
Four skill building items (bookshelf's do not count)

Rules:
Free will must be off
The elders can not cook, clean, go to the toilet, go to bed ect! You must do everything for them
No MODS
lifespan must be on normal
You can use CC
No CHEATS
You can not hire anyone

End:
The end is when all seven elders have died of old age. If they don't die of old age you have failed the challenge

Couple of quick questions/comments for you:

• Is Free Will off for all Sims or just the active Sim? In other words, will all the elders stand/sit around until the player directs them to move? (I think it might be more of a challenge if the elders had free will and thus the caretaker had to chase after them all day, haha)
• Are you allowing just one bathroom to service 8 Sims?
• Is the goal to see how long until the last elder expires?
• I assume no Potion of Life will be allowed?
• If an elder is burned in a fire that the caregiver starts (as an example), does the player fail the Challenge?
• I assume you fail if the caregiver dies?

And a couple of typos:

• Under CAS, I think "caregiver" might be a better word than "carer".
• Under Build/Buy, I think you meant 8 BEDS, not 8 Best
• Under Build/Buy, do you want two sinks?
• Under your thank you, I think you meant "similar", not "smiler"

Normally, I wouldn't make typo comments but I did in this case so that your Challenge rules wouldn't be misinterpreted.

Sounds like a fun Challenge. Have you playtested it yet?

Free Will HAS to be off (sorry)
Yes, One Bathroom, to make it harder
The goal is to have all the elders expire
No potion of life
If the caregiver starts a fire and an elder dies you have lost the challenge
Yeas if the caregiver dies you have lost the challenge
Sorry about the typos I have got fat fingers and I am a really bad speller
I have play tested it and it went fine - I have not completed the challenge yet
