Alien Child Glitch in CAS

In CAS, I created a male sim and female alien, then used the genetics tool to make them a full alien daughter. When I was going through the child possibilities, the child was a teen so that I could see what she would look like, and when I found one I liked I tweaked a couple things and switched her to the Child age. When I switched her, she got normal clothes, hair, and eyebrows, but when I tried to edit them it simply said "disabled for aliens". I can't even remove the hair, although I can remove the normal clothes and eyebrows because there are other options to choose from.
I suppose this glitch doesn't exactly bother me, since she looks good with the hair, but I can imagine I would be rather upset if the hair wasn't something I liked... Like I said not a huge issue but I figured I should report it
