Everything below has been 100% confirmed, excluding the final category.
This is a list of features that were COMPLETELY CUT or REDUCED from previous iterations of The Sims. It DOES NOT include missing expansion pack content that should be base by now (i.e. Weather) or new features promised for Sims 4 that were later cut (i.e. Woohoo Skill).
Lastly, it is important to understand that much of this content will NEVER be in The Sims 4. Things like Create a Style are not compatible with the game engine, and thus cannot be added in future updates or expansions.

You do realize, that the original thread of Bflurry's "Missing features and Crippled things" list is still regularly being posted on. Try posting that updated list of yours there, as it would atleast give Bflurry a nudge to update it.
You should take it off the list though so you don't cause a panic amongst the gullible.
We do have pools, which would include having swimwear.
Sims3 didn't have a story progression either, unless you count using the mod.
No rabbit holes? Really? There were no rabbit holes?
No dreams.
Complain about the game all you want, but at least be honest with the complaints.

Plus a good number of those were added LATER to the Sims 3 as either expansions or extra features (like CASt).
Also we already have Bflury's million year old thread about this.
This was my reaction to reading this. Seriously, this is just completely asinine. If EA is selling the game as Sims 4, the 4 being the important part because it suggests it is a sequel to Sims 1, 2, and 3, then they need to make sure they have most if not all the features that the base games from the previous Sims had.
So using the argument, it's supposed to be a new game not a rehash of the older ones is dumb, if that's what EA wanted to do then they shouldn't have named it Sims 4.
Having said all that, I agree with everyone this thread should not have been made because it already exists.
