This is my Affluista Mansion Remodel. I have been working on it for quite sometime on and off, but this weekend worked out the kinks on the upper levels and the circulation path. There is a roof garden terrace on the 2nd level with swinging chairs and a pitfire. The upper levels just worked out have a just move in feel. I still have to work out the landscaping all around and add a pool house. If I can reedit it without cc, I will put it up on the gallery.

Your Affluista Mansion Remodel is a lovely modern home! @LeucosiaX Very great exterior design and the window walls are very nice. The tree beds are very nice. Very stylish interior furnishings and the sunken sitting area is great! The kitchen and bar stool counter area design is very nice. Very nice pool, and great swinging chairs and firepit terrace.

Currently busy with heaps of cc cluter to build small food stores. I am using Newcrest to recreate Amsterdam so they will be placed in compounds. Hopefully I will find a mod that allows for more households to live on one lot, to fill in the other appartments.

Tiny Victorian Home is a very beautiful Victorian family tiny living home! @luckyheather Very lovely exterior design, windows and pretty pink color.The greenhouse is lovely.Very nice outdoors dining, BBQ,sitting and ping pong areas. The interior furnishing is lovely! The wall patterns and panelling is very nice. The pink and blue colours of the bedrooms are pretty.
Passionate Pink is a lovely bedroom! Very pretty pink and gold colours and the wall and ceiling pattern are very nice. Very elegant furnishings. The window sitting area is very nice and lovely vanity table area. Very nice design and layout.

Blissful Beach Retreat is a lovely beach home! @_DelilahsRose_ Very great exterior design,balconies and very nice grey/white wood walls. The bar counter and sitting pergola is lovely! Very nice hot tub area, and great outdoors porch. The fenced anchor display is great! The interior furnishing and layout is lovely. Very nice wood texture of the furniture and calm, restful,natural colours. Sims will enjoy the sunshine through the windows.

Black Beauty is a very lovely modern bedroom! @luckyheather Very stylish furnishings and elegant black and gold colors.Very nice patterned flooring and warm golden rug. The tv, laptop and vanity table area is very nice and lovely window seating.
Tiny Tartosa Villa is a lovely home for a florist ! Very nice exterior design, great roofing, very nice windows and pretty floral topped fencing. Very nice pool, gardening corner and easel painting patio. The greenhouse with flower arranging bench is great. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice calm and warm brown colours, and the wood texture of the furniture is very nice. Very great layout and nice pet nook.

Best Pizza in town is a very lovely outdoors dining pizza and waffles patio! @luckyheather Very great design,and very nice dining areas.The furnishing with items from new pack is lovely and pretty flowers. Very great layout .

Creamy Beige Kitchen is lovely! @luckyheather The cream and beige colours are very nice and lovely furnishings. The layout is great and very nice island stools counter. The computer study desk and reading corner is great. Very nice wall shelving and decor.
