Captains Table is a very lovely modern seafood restaurant for San Sequioa! @masajo Very great and stylish architectural exterior design! Very nice wood and window walls. The hanging greenery curtains on the windows are lovely. The outdoors dining area and firepit area are lovely.Very lovely furnishing and design of each level! The black and brown colours are very nice and great industrial style.Very lovely sitting area in the foyer. The office design is great and very nice dancing and dj booth area. Very lovely bar and lounge areas. The main floor dining area of the restaurant is lovely! Very nice layout and restful fish tank to look at. Sims will enjoy listening to music in the piano lounge. The balcony areas are great and would have very nice views.Very lovely furnishing and layout of each area of the upper level apartment.
It is a lovely and very detailed restaurant build

Dark Comfort is a very lovely family home! @surlybadger The exterior design of the home and stone walls are very nice and the flowers are beautiful! Very pretty entrance nook. The outdoors kitchen, bar counter and dining patio is lovely! Very nice sitting area. The fenced gardening area is very nice. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice open plan kitchen, dining and living room area. The ceiling lights are pretty and very nice candles in the tv watching area.The bedrooms designs, furnishings and colours are lovely. Pretty canopy in the master bedroom.

Sulani Beach Hotel is a very beautiful island beach hotel! @Julchens77 Very lovely exterior design,great sitting balconies,and pretty blue and white colors.Very nice hot springs and loungers deck. The outdoors bar, dj booth and dining deck is very nice. The interior furnishing of each level is very lovely. Very great design and layout of the dining room.

Sunnyside is a very lovely sunshine family home! @luckyheather Very pretty sunny yellow and white colours of the exterior and interior areas.Very nice roofing. The carport is great. The playbuild for kids will be fun for them to play in and great games,swings and playpen area.Very nice pool,splashpads and outdoors dining and bbq area. The greenhouse is pretty. The treehouse corner is great. Very lovely furnishing of each interior room and area! The living room tv watching and piano playing area is very nice and sims will like having drinks from the tray.The bedrooms designs and furnishings are lovely! The nursery is very sweet.

Buttermilk is a lovely family home! @masajo Very nice exterior design, warm natural colours, and pretty flowers in front area. The backyard area is great! Very nice pool, hot tub, and kids play areas. The greenhouse is pretty. The outdoors dining area is great. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The natural colours are calming. Very nice open plan layout of kitchen, dining and living area. The sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room is very nice. Very lovely kitchen design. The study desk nook is very nice. The furnishing, design and layout of each of the bedrooms is very lovely. The wood hearts are a nice home touch on the master bedroom wall.

Basegame Grandma House is lovely! @vickynini Very nice sunny yellow colour and very pretty flowerbeds. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice warm wood texture of the furniture and great open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The wall pattern is pretty, and lovely window nook in the living room with the sunny sunflowers and sweet duck. The kitchen wall tiling is very nice, and lovely flowers on the dining table.

Prickly Trot

My attempt at a Dog-Trot style home, common in the desert areas of the USA before the invention of AC. This home has a bit of a modern touch, but keeps to its rustic roots!
