@Becka28 lovely restaurant, but I especially love your art deco waterfall house, as this is a style I also love.
I live in Adelaide, and I'm also a fan of the Urbex Indigo channel.

430 Showmaker Street is a great modern brutalist family home!

Very nice plants along edges, and the hot tub nook and pool patio is very nice. The double garage is great. Very nice firepit area and great gardening corner. The outdoors dining balcony is very nice. Very nice wood textured interior furnishings and lovely open plan interior layout.

Glimmerbrook Tiny Home is a very pretty tiny living spellcasters home! @luckyheather

Very lovely exterior design,very great roofing and very pretty windows and patterned front door. The outdoors areas are very lovely! The lake, flowers, lantern tree and plants are pretty! The cauldron balcony is very nice to make items there. The interior furnishings are very lovely. Very nice design of the living area and very nice rugs. The study desk nook is very nice. The upper level fireplace sitting area is very nice.

Kids playroom is cute! @luckyheather

The sloth themed wall decals and the art go well together. Very nice green color. Kids will enjoy playing table games there as well as with toys from the toybox, and in the playpen. The plants and stars walls are pretty. Very nice armchairs sitting and reading area. Thanks very much for using my art

Basegame Girls Room is very pretty!

Very lovely pink and purple colours,and very nice layout. The furnishings are lovely and the design of the bedhead wall is great! The glass door closet is very nice.Very lovely sitting, tv watching, reading and music area. The corner study desk nook is very nice.
Bright Boho Bedroom is a very beautiful boho themed bedroom!

Very pretty colors, and the curtained and tiled bedhead wall area is beautiful. Very pretty rugs and lovely sitting and guitar playing areas. The furnishing of the room is very lovely.Sims will enjoy sitting on the patterned stool and watching tv.Thanks very much for using my art

I created a New Goth Family for my newly built Goth Mansion

Note: I made Bella wanting to become a Spellcaster like the Crumplebottom Witches that are related to her so she should be Magical. I made Mortimer interested in Science as he was in earlier games.
I found I really like some of the Werewolves clothes so I used some on my version of the Goth Family having a more Goth look to them all and to match with their new Mansion.

Prowler's Farm

Who originally built this cottage? No one knows, not even the leader of the Moonstone Collective! But whoever built it, did so to stay away from the city, were they one of the first to change? Or a victim of Greg?

Not my most extensive build, and fairly simple, but it fits the aesthetic of the world and is perfect for a werewolf trying to make it in the Moonstone Collective. (I actually made a family for this house, a pair of runaways trying to make it. Link)

Batuu Resistance is a lovely Batuu themed home! @luckyheather

Very great exterior design, very nice dome roofing and the furnishing of the outdoors areas with Batuu themed items and the spaceships is great! The landscaping is very nice! Very lovely pool and hot tub area design. The outdoors dining, grill and tent areas are very nice. The interior furnishings with Batuu themed items is lovely. The wall and floor textures used, the brown colours and the windows give a great look and feel to the home.

Captains Table

Here is a modern seafood restaurant with an industrial vibe created on Robles Point in San Sequoia. The ground floor comprises foyer, bar, lounge, WCs, office and a room for DJ/dancing. Upstairs is the main restaurant with an 'open' kitchen and a coffee bar plus balconies. A piano lounge is on the second floor together with a private apartment
