The Sand Bar Reno is a lovely bar for Sulani! @tatselk

Very great exterior design, warm wood walls, and the wraparound porch and upper balcony are very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! Very nice colours, patterned rugs, curtains and sofa seating. The dining tables and bar counter areas are very nice. The nautical and bar themed items on the walls look great. Very nice upper level games and tv watching area.

In waiting for the opening of my creation topic, I thought it would be cool to share my new creation here "Demeter" . It's based on the catalog-houses that we can find in my country (France) or Europe in general. Typical of our suburban landscapes, the exterior walls are always very simple, without many reliefs, and we can buy the models with many possibilities of customizations (colors, style, etc). Perfect for Windenburg.

Very great exterior design, very nice white walls, and pretty lavender,gardenbeds and plants. The hot tub nook is very nice and great outdoors dining patio. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! Very nice design of each room and area. Very lovely raised bath tub area in the bathroom. The design of the bedrooms are lovely

I went way back and did @luckyheather 's challenge number 8 (see thread: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/973065/luckyheathers-shell-challenges/p1 ) .

As I have mentioned in my description on the gallery, I thought the shell looked like an abandoned plant/industrial building of some sort. It had modernist/deco feel to the architecture, and I chose to convert it into a residential house. I threw in a bit of a "sneaky" room that might seem a bit.... odd. Not pictured here (although it can be partly seen on the gallery pictures). The outside design had to change a little after I play tested it and realised my sims couldn't get into one of the tower bedrooms!

Note: I named this home Crafty because many of the rooms were added without adding to the tile count as they have no ceiling of floors but the roof covers them. They are a little darker in the day but at night light up as usual. The other reason is there is so many Eco and skill items included. All plants are Perfect and I mostly used the Cottage Living plants so they will be good for making conserves and juice fizzing.

Tip
To add rooms to a Tiny home without adding tiles, you add room walls and leave 1 piece of wall out, then put 1 piece of wall outside the room then lift it into the gap. After that pull roof over it so its undercover, it has no floor but you can add any floor cover and lights. It will be a little darker in daytime but it will be lit like any other room at night.

Crafty Eco Micro is a very lovely eco micro family home! @luckyheather

Very great exterior design,weathered roofing and very nice wall textures.The outdoors areas are great! The greenhouse is pretty and great outdoors gardening area. Very nice outdoors dining patio.The fizzy juice machine, gym and kids play areas are great. Very nice candles making workroom. Very lovely interior wood textured furnishings. Very pretty lavender colour of the master bedroom and the blue and white colours of the kids bedrooms is very nice.

Very pretty exterior design and colour,and lovely gardenbeds. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice watermelon red, black,pink and green colours of the rooms through the home. The fireplace sitting area in the living room is lovely and very nice design of the kitchen. The nursery is very sweet, and pretty watermelon rug.

The Goth themed nursery is lovely! @luckyheather

The black and orange colors are very nice,and great wall pattern.Very lovely infant furnishings and very nice rugs.The vampire soft toy is cute.The Autumn tree decal and the fox is pretty. The bug light, owl and moth on the walls look great!

Foteino Spiti

Home of the famous Hector, whose vibrant abstract art changed the industry. He and his wife moved to Tartosa, the place she was born. Being a family of different, but vibrant cultures, like his art, Hector build a home that was just as bright and joyful, a melding of many things. Historical now, but up for sale by his descendants. But the home must keep its colorous nature.

I am just really happy with how this build turned out

Very pretty exterior design, lovely flower topped open shutter windows,and the landscaping, flowers,fountain, wishing well and plants are beautiful! Very nice outdoors dining and bbq patio. @luckyheather Thank you for the tip! I've never used the weather machine. Isn't it a pretty big object that you have to place somewhere? How do you avoid it getting in the way in pictures? Can sims just put it in their inventory after use or something?

Hi yes your sim can put it in household inventory, my sim upgrades it completely so she can use it with no problems over and over again. Nearly evey time I go to a new lot to build on its dull or rainy even in Summer so I use it a lot! I pop it down before building then get my builder to walk up and down until the sun shines
