Basegame 5brm Cottage is a lovely home for a family! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design, warm brown and white colours,and lovely outside areas! Very nice pond and great kids outdoors play area. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice light filled conservatory dining area! Sims will enjoy eating meals in the sunshine as well as growing plants there. The wall tiling in the kitchen is pretty.

Thank you so much @rosemow for saying how nice my Cottage is I am glad you like the conservatory dining room, I decided to put the table in there as there was plenty of room for it and the views would be nice all year round. I had a lot of fun creating it and I am so grateful for all the debug plants we have now so no garden has to be bare anymore

Oooh, thank you luckyheather for even reminding me that challenges exist. I haven't done one for ages, I might go and look for one that sounds appealing to me, since I have some hours to myself at the moment!

That would be great @PriestessDreadful as you have some spare time. I often do challenges as it gives me ideas what to do next and I like to support our simming friends when I can Have Fun with the shell.

Graceland (Home of Elvis Presley)





I actually visited Graceland with my mother about 10 years ago. I had always thought it was a huge mansion, but I was surprised at how small it was. It's really not much bigger than your average two-story home, but it was a fun day that I'll never forget.

Thrifty Treasures is a lovely thrift and bubble tea store! @luckyheather Very nice industrial style wall texture, fencing and steel walls. The lounger sitting and gardening balcony is very nice. Sims will enjoy having tea outdoors on the other balcony,The furnishing of the interior and outside areas with items from the new kits is lovely! Very nice design,colours and layout of the thrift store, bubble tea counter and apartment areas.
Joshua is handsome He is a great owner of the thrift store.

Thank you @rosemow I enjoyed using the new greenhouse and basement treasures kits while making the Thrift store, I thought the worn and old objects would be perfect for that kind of store, thanks for saying its very nice and thanks for saying Joshua is handsome

@luckyheather Wow there are so many things I love about this thrift store! First off, it looks like a thrift store. When you walk in it has that second hand feel. I don't know if anyone else notices these things. I love finding treasures in thrift/second hand stores! Usually in the back corner or tucked behind pots, pans, and plates. Or on the clothing rack that seems to be so over stuffed with so many different types of clothes. You just about have to wrestle the clothes and then you find it. That one thing that you just cannot live without. Could be a shirt, a mug, a candle, what ever it is you've just found it and my goodness the deal you made on it. This is the feeling your build gave me. Thank you for some wonderful memories....

Tower of the Good Witch is so very creatively designed! @Rieferball Each area is designed so very well! Very lovely exterior design of the tower home, great round walls and very nice wraparound stairs. Very nice windows and very pretty glass roofing.The hedge maze design is so creatively great! Very lovely furnishing of each area of the interior. The curtains are pretty and very nice stone brick walls. Lovely patterned furniture. The design of the living,dining and kitchen area is very nice.The ladders to the basement spells and magic room is great! Very nice garden plants room and cauldron area.

You should be able to post pictures in this thread like you do in the other thread. Perhaps there is just an issue this time and it won’t happen again.

Thank you @temerald7667 I do love doing anything Industrial themed and I think what helps me with the Thrift store feel is that my Mother had an Antique shop when I was young and I worked in it as a teen, plus I helped out in other shops now and then, so I am used to that kind of shop that has hidden treasures in every nook and cranny if you are willing to look behind everything I am happy it gave you the right feel and some good memories, thank you very much for telling me.

Llama’s Luxury Greenhouse is a very lovely greenhouse and wedding venue! @ashcrash19 Very great exterior design of the greenhouse and pretty patterned glass roofing. The flowers on the front roof areas are sweet. The fountain and llama statues are very nice, The wedding arch area design is lovely! Very nice pergola area to get plant seeds. The interior growing plants are very nice.
The greenhouse for the Charming in Canary family home is lovely Very nice furnishing of the basement area rooms, as well as the greenhouse, with items from the new kits.

Family Home 2.0 is a lovely home for a family! @avr Very nice exterior design, great rocket area, and lovely pool, gardening, chicken coop and kids play area. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! The basement greenhouse and garden area is very great! Very nice basement dancing and dj booth room. The bedrooms designs and colours are lovely.

Decided to try something new. Got this idea from a youtube video. The house in the video is made of platforms including the most of the walls. I couldn't get it quite to work so my version is a hybrid of platforms and walls. There is a minor clipping issue where the the wall meets the roof but the house is fully functional and play tested. It is a basegame modern house. ID mrsr99tso
