Very nice and stylish design.Very nice comedy stage area to enjoy watching performances. The bar counter area is great. Lovely musical performance area to enjoy watching, listening to and playing musical instruments. The black and white colour scheme is very nice

Woodside is a very lovely contemporary family home! @masajo Very nice exterior design, pretty white and warm wood walls, and the backyard areas are lovely! Very nice pool, loungers, kids play area and outdoors dining and bbq area. Very nice shade covered sofa and chairs sitting area. The interior furnishings are lovely and very nice open plan living, dining and kitchen. The corner computer study desk nook is very nice, and lovely yellow, black and white colours used through the living area. The curved sofa seating to enjoy watching tv is very nice. Very lovely dining table and stools counter area. The kitchen design is very nice. Very great design of the photo studio! The furnishing and colours of the bedrooms are lovely! The soft toys in the kids and baby rooms are cute, and great space themed activity table and puppet theatre in the children’s room.
It is a very nice home for a family

Underground Potion Store is great! @zucchinionpizza Very nice curved roofing and greenery on walls. The flowers and flower cart are pretty, and very nice rock edged fishing pond. The furnishing of the basement store area is very great! Very lovely displays of potions, frogs, and crystals to buy.

Aquamarine Kitchen is beautiful! @chips46 Very pretty blue colour, lovely furnishings and very nice layout. The fridge nook is very nice. The wall shelving, hanging herbs, aprons and utensils on the walls are great and very nice coffee and microwave window table area. The curtains over the wall art is very nice. Very nice fruit bowl corner nook with cute toys for toddlers and infants who are in the high chair.
Charlie is handsome and the blue colour of his outfits, eyes and hair are very nice

We were to create a Sim guest must give a statement to Sheriff Marshall: Where were they What connections do they have to others there and throw suspicion on other guests at the motel or on staff or themselves

Here is my sim statement: Hey Sheriff just because I'm a bike ain't no flies on me I'm an ex retired navy seal I stop here at the bar had drinks with boss lady Mandy she gave me a room to rest for the night been on the road for hours & maintaining my bike for the next ride borrowed a hammer from Hawiovi the Janitor hum can't remember where I left it but guess I had too much to drink that night

K Drifter is a great bike sim and a great entry for the challenge @chips46 His outfits suit him.

Here's a quick little apartment "renovation" for the Needs TLC apartment at 910 Medina Studios. I figured only the things the sim would have brought in could be higher quality.

Your renovation of the apartment is great! @SerraNolwen Very nice furnishing of the areas to suit the background theme of the sim who lives there and the theme of the apartment. The green, grey, and white colours are very nice.The design of the entrance area is great! Very nice kitchen and dining room. The sim will like cooking using the oven and microwave, as well as making popcorn snacks. Very nice design of the living room and office. The window study desk area is great for the sim to enjoy looking out at the city views whilst using the computer,and enjoy the sunlight through the window whilst watching tv. The plants are a nice touch on the dresser in the bedroom.
