Occasionally I make a house that I think looks nice enough that someone might want to download it from the Gallery, and I'll post those here. I tag all my houses with the hashtag #lupusrex. TS4 heats up my laptop something fierce, so the screenshots aren't of great quality.

This first home, "Family Style," was designed for my largest family to date. 1F: Kitchen, dining, parlor/bar, family room, half bath. 2F: Office/gym, nursery/playroom, master and kids' bedrooms, bathrooms.

This one is called "Modest Pad." It was the first house I designed and kept. The inhabitants seem to enjoy living there. 2BR / 2BA with two rooms that could be converted into additional bedrooms. 1F: Living room / bar, kitchen, dining, half bath. 2F: Master and guest bedroom, bathrooms, office, gym.

"Bayou Belle" was created to resemble the Southern plantation style of some of the other houses in Willow Creek. My gardener and artist live here. 2 BR (up to 4 possible) / 3 BA. 1F: Kitchen, dining, living, bar, half bath. 2F: Master and guest bedroom, art studio, computer room, science room, bathrooms.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds Family Style and Modest Pad are both very nice homes! Very nice layout of the interior of the homes. Nice shades of brown that you have used for the exterior of your first home. The dormers look very nice! It looks nice that you have used the dome type windows in your home. The flowers along the front edges of the house look very nice how you have done them! Very nice curved front porch! Great backyard area! It looks great how you have done the back patio with the steps leading down both to the left and the right hand sides. Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ there and eating their meals in the sunshine at the picnic table. Very nice design and furnishing of the kitchen! The rock texture of the kitchen walls looks very nice! The dining room is very nice! It looks great how you have created the larger dining table and placed many seats around the edges of it so as all the family can enjoy sitting eating their meals together. The sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the dining room windows whilst they are dining there. Very nice living room! Sims will have fun playing chess at the chess table there or enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofas there listening to the grand piano being played. The picture of the piano keys on the wall near the grand piano is a nice touch. The fireplace will keep the room warm. Very nice upper balcony area in Modest Pad. Sims will enjoy sitting on a seat there, and have nice views. Great second floor gym room for sims to keep fit using the equipment there. The dining room is great! It looks great how you have placed dining seats both on the sides of the table as well as at the ends. The barstool counter in the living room is nice. Sims wil enjoy having a drink there.
They are nice homes.
