the game is reviving sims by itself?

1- I made the broke family and killed skip, so i could have is tombstone/urn. After it happened I switched to my main family, only to notice later that my neighbor is skip, and when i went to evict him from the house, he had more than 500,000$!

2- Also, i was wondering if you leave an unplayed family in your library is it normal that they show up in public space. Right now I have copie of my main family walking around -_-. I deleted it from my library. I didnt check yet if they where walking around...

I don't know about reviving dead sims but I have definitely had the clones. Right now I have a clone simself walking around my town.

Do you have auto-fill on? I haven't had this issue and my auto-fill is off. I get random townies, but so far no actual sims from my library.

Yes I have it on, I guess ill turn it off until some things are fixed... aha :)
