    Help with neighborhoods?

    How do I bulldoze houses in neighborhood view? Also, if I play more than one household in a neighborhood, do the other houses progress like Sims 3, or stay the same like Sims 2?

      They don't progress like in the Sims 3

      I don't know. I have to go to manage town mode and delete the house then used the sledgehammer to get rid of everything else. Where is that bulldozer?

      Okay, so I just figured this out:

      If you evict the household, then move someone else in, it gives you the option to bulldoze the lot at that time. Works for me!

      I have it set up like this: Evicted everyone. Screw those guys. One world is for my fictional Sims, the other one is for the ones I made of Real-life people. Going to see if I like this setup.
