I would like to have CaSt again! It was the best of Sims 3.
Wherever you do, dear EA, Sims 4 will be a shadow of Sims 3 without CaSt.

While I read the forums often, I hardly respond to anything on the forums, least of all petitions because I feel they never get anywhere. However, I absolutely LOVE CASt and use it all the time since I like my furnishes to match and co-ordinate. If this function of something similar to it is not in the Sims 4 you can bet you will not see me playing it. I've been an avid fan and player since the original Sims over 10 years ago and have every EP and SP ever made.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I will 'sign' this petition even if it's hopeless because I so love the CASt function and any protesting is warranted in my opinion.

I'll sign. I do feel this IS an aspect of gameplay and if not included the game sufferers. Due to this and other issues, looks like I'm saving 60 or 70 bucks in 2014.

EA, what are you thinking!?! This is a definite no brainer.... if there are issues dealing with colors and the new emotions, than lose the emotions! Or at least just have the Sim have a positive mood from their favorite color and be neutral to all others. All I know is no CAST in Sims4 = no Sims4 for me.

You know maybe they don't want to bring back the "old CAS" because maybe they've gotten a lot of complaints from too much material causing the game to crash, mine did, especially when I bought ALL of their store items, plus the items in all their EP and SP - and if you don't have a powerful machine (hint mine isn't, and I'm sure there are those out there that don't have a powerful either) crash like a sinking Titanic. Of course when playing the game (not in CAS) my computer would not crash. So maybe they want a better CAS system, I'm all for it. Why not?

I, along with many creators, am extremely disappointed at the news that CASt will be removed. It was a creative and enjoyable part of game play and without it, the game would simply be flat.

I don't personally see myself investing in Sims 4 if it is released without the option of CASt. I had may as well go back to Sims 2 and 1, where re-colors were not available. What fun is it to play a game where the "same old, same old" styles and colors exist? I'd think it would get old pretty fast!

I strongly suggest that the developers re-think this. I think it's clear by this thread and several others in the Sims 4 forum that we, as devoted fans of the game, don't advocate the removal of CAS
