    3)What spawns the Kraken?
Unfortunately I'm not too sure what spawns the Kraken. In Isla Paradiso I have only seen it a few times, and I never saw it while testing in Aurora Skies or Sunlit Tides. I don't know if it is exclusive to IP or not, of if I just missed it. I really wish I could give you more information on this.

I have seen the Kraken twice in Sunlit Tides. :-)

Thank you! And thank you for the Kraken information too. I wasn't too sure myself. I constantly miss it! When zooming through my Let's Play's to make sure everything is OK, I see glimpses of it that I never spotted while playing haha!

I just finished a dive lot in Dragon Valley. After just a quick test, all seems to be working nicely. Thank you again for this video! It really made a difference for me to be able to see you do it.

I'm really glad that it helped! This was one of the main reasons why I recorded the tutorial. I sometimes get confused when reading instructions, but I can remember things when I've seen it.

One of the things I was wanting to do with this video was take the viewers pretty much step-by-step through the processes of how to do it themselves. But I also wanted to go a little further and show that the lot DOES work, and that there is a slight issue (that little jump thing).

The response I've had from this video has been unreal

Thank you! Works perfectly in Sunlit tides!
Everything is so much clearer and it runs so much smoother compared to Isla Paradiso!

Thank you! I know, right! I love how each World has it's own look and feel under the water! When I first tried to sort this out I was worried that they would all take on a tropical feel like Isla Paradiso. It was a pleasant surprise when I first took my Sim under the sea in Aurora Skies and it was so dark and murky looking. Even though I had just finished building the dive lot (an earlier test one), I wanted to see EVERYTHING! I knew where it was, but it was fun having my Sim explore it all too lol.

You an add Sims University to the list of towns it works in. I was able to build a dive lot there :D (now my sims won't miss out of diving when they go off to Uni)

Two things I want to ask, one have you checked if this works in supernatural? two, how do go about adding the kelp that turns you into a mermaid?

1 - not yet. I will be working on other worlds later tonight. I needed a break from recording and stuff and just play the game for a bit, but I will be going back to it tonight.

2 - If you are talking about the new kelp in the Buy Debug - Plant/harvestables, then there is a kelp item in that section. I don't know it it turns your Sims into a mermaid as I have yet to try mermaids out :)

I have it working fine in Monte Vista.

It'll be Spring in my world in a couple of sim-days, so it'll be interesting to see how the lighting changes makes the underwater look.

And I agree with others: Sunlit Tides does look gorgeous underwater. :)
Check out my mod! Also... my YouTube channel.

I added Hogan's Deep Sea Diner to the ocean floor in my custom diving lot for a sunken ship effect. I noticed the map tag shows up as a diner even though it shows up as a dive lot in Edit Town Mode. The interesting thing is that boats/sims do not have the bump effect when crossing over to the dive lot. They stay at water level the whole time and can scuba dive without any issues. I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or if the bump is somehow dictated by the dive lot map tag designation.

Also, if anyone has any photos of your custom dive lots, feel free to post here:

I created my lot in Dragon Valley. I created a second DV diving lot with no issues except for the boats jumping when they cross over to the lot - the same as you show in your video. The lot shown with the ship is the only one where I do not have this issue. I am going to investigate further to determine if the map tag designation is a factor. I will try another lot with the ship in Sunlit Tides to see if the boats/sims jump when going to and from the lot.

YOU ARE THE AWESOMWEST OF ALLLLLL AWESOMENESS! I literally was making my dive spot in ST while watching your vid.

Don't have everything down pact (colors, spacing, sea bed level) but this is definitely a start to bringing Island Paradise to the world that seems closest to that. THANK YOU

Hmmmm, that is interesting. Would you be able to let me know what your findings are if possible please? I'm curious about it lol. While the jump doesn't bother me, I'm sure that there are people who would prefer to not have it happen lol.

I was unable to place a diving lot in Starlight Shores. You have to be pretty close to the shore before you have routable terrain. I was able to build ports, but I did not even see the diving lot option when assigning community lots. It looks like the water is not as deep as some of the other worlds. Maybe someone can confirm before we write SS off, but it wasn't looking good for me.

@Weealbet - I will take another look at the jump issue and will let you know what I find out.

Thank you for letting me know! I've updated the first thread :D I wouldn't worry about how it looks, you should have seen MY first attempts! They were crazy ugly!

Was this with any particular sized lot? You should have seen the lot option regardless of water depth. I'll have a play about later on or tomorrow (I've got a back-log of requested Worlds to try haha) and see if there is a way around it :)

Thank you for all your help :)

OK, I see what the problem was. I didn't use enablelotlocking. The diving area tag will not show up unless the cheat is on. I am going to go back and try again.

Do you have the enablelotlocking true cheat enabled? I had the same problem - you have to enter the cheat or the diving area option will not show up.

I have successfully added a dive area in Starlight Shores. I tried to work around the jump issue when crossing into and out of the lot, but I could not duplicate the success that I had in the DV lot where this did not occur.
