Yes! I think it had to do with my sim picking up the bills then getting the reward "No Bills Ever" before I paid them. Ugh! Wish I could delete them!
I've got the same issue in my save files, it happens after going to the university world, or to a vacation world in WA. I didn't buy the "No Bills Ever" reward (Because I have a mod to make the bills 10 times harder, it'd defeat the purpose.) In one file, I have about 20 bills in my inventory. I think that until there's a patch to fix this issue, or a mod, we're all just going to have to avoid going on vacation or to college. Which sucks. It defeats the purpose of the EPs.
Though I find that it's less likely, or that there's at least less bills, if you check the mail before going to another world, and check the mail in that world before going home. But it still happens, it's just.. Less of it..
