Under the Sea ***A Unique Residential Lot*** No CC

Under the Sea
Inspired by Showtime stage props (Under Sea)

20x30 1 bedroom, 1 bath. No CC

Furnished $109,700
Unfurnished $64,125

This 3 story home is one of a kind; it features decorated swimming pools on each corner. The four pools are accessible from the second level. Extras: 19 bottles of nectar, MinusOne Kelvin refrigerator and an activated treasure chest. Activity and skills objects are on the lot. If you do not have Showtime installed, the Showtime props used will not be included in your download.

Notes: My test Sim swam around, but not directly over the coral reefs in the pools. The ceiling lights used in the swimming pools illuminate the pools but will be invisible in-game (they show in the screenshots).

The sea is only steps away from your Sims, no matter what world they live in.

Happy Simming Swimming :D

I need to add...The file size on the Exchange is inflated because all of the images have been changed using UIC. The file size should be 2.53 MB.

What a unique and different and great house! :) Great idea and great designing of it! It looks good and it would quite a fun place for Sims to live in and partucularly to go swimming in these pools.. Great decorating of these 4 pools. I like the seahorses at the entrance too.
A great home and build! :)

Thank you so much rosemow! :) That Under Sea set isn't just for Showtime stages, anymore. My test Sim kept wanting to jump into the 4 swimming pools, but she had other work to do too (like using the shower, cooking, etc.). It will be fun to watch when I add this lot to a game with more than one Sim in the household

Take care, and again, thank you.

    Happy weekend :)

@DataHead, Angel_Zarr, itguyinsc...Thank you all for looking and adding your very nice comments, and for the rec(s). It's so good to know that an 'out there' idea isn't so strange after all.

    Happy weekend all! :D

@simhead70...Thank you! :D The extra items added to the lot were donated by my test Sim. She had the special refrigerator and the nectar in her family inventory. The treasure chest, that fits in with the 'sea' theme.

    Happy weekend to you
