Username: FarrahJude Name of the salon: Gloss Town: Twinbrook Lot size: 20 x 30 Theme: Modern Simplicity - disguised as suburban Twinbrook property! Link: http://www.mediafire.com/?2o8wge0tq39ys29 - can't upload to the Exchange atm Pictures: Exterior -
When the owners acquired this plot, the officials made it clear that they didn't want any "modern hoo-ha" or "futuristic malarky" ruining the sweet, suburban streets of Twinbrook. So the owners had the exterior designed to look just like a regular Twinbrook house. A few trees give it the natural feel, as well as the fountains and flowers leading up the path.
Interior (Ground Floor) -
The ground floor consists of a waiting area, a hairdressing corner (complete with sinks for washing, and mirrors), two styling areas, male and female toilets, and a lift/stairs area. The lift/elevator is just for show, and doesn't yet lead to the top floor. Décor is slightly lacking, but this is due to the owners' love for modern simplistic minimalism.
Interior (Upper Floor) -
As one may be able to see, the top floor is a little more haphazard. The owners are branching out to tattoos, and are still getting the top floor ready (hence the lack of elevators, that area's still not finished!). Nevertheless, there is an entertainment area in the middle of the room, as well as styling and tattoo areas, and a tattoo artists design section in the corner.
Overhead Shots -
Action Shots -
On the ground floor, greasy-haired, uni-browed Aspen goes from nerd to cool, thanks to stylist Abbey.
On the top floor, tattoo artist Alexis thinks up some new designs for his customer Angeline.
