    (Just to clarify it does not have to look like above picture ... unless you want it to. Its just cute.)


    First for the important part this contest is actually 2 contests! with 6 or more winners! so even if you don't win part 1 stick around play part 2 for a second
    chance!

    So the new run of prizes are as follows!

    First place! 1500 simpoints!
    Second Place! 1000 simpoints!
    Third Place! 500 simpoints!
    and a new place !Judges Favorites! each get a Dr.pepper code! - Based purely on the character of the lot!

    Part two prizes are identical to above! minus the judges favorites.

    :!: Part one: Due by January 15 2012.
    make, upload and photograph a sim house!
    - on a lot no bigger than 20 by 30
    - must have fridge, stove, one counter, shower, toilet, sink,and a bed. min.
    - must cost less then 16,000 simolians
    - chose one of the above colors as a tying in theme color.

    This portion is judged on look, completeness, lowest cost, smallest lot and a mysterious quality only the judges know!


    :!: Part 2: Due by Feb 1 2012

    This section is easier.

    Download and remodel the little starter randomly assigned to you with a 16,000 simolian limit and add a sim! keep in mind the color chosen.

    NO CC. all else is okay! including dr.pepper, store content all ep and sp.

    cheat codes okay but again no cc cheats.

    more then one of each color may be entered so no need to claim a color!
