I am loving the two entries so far. I am working on mine and will be finished by the end of the weekend. I keep making little changes and then I am not sure if I like the changes, so I have a few versions of this diner saved -- lol. Happy 4th everyone!

LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS: Ben's 1776 Diner - Ben has a very famous ancestor and is very proud of him and what he helped accomplish, so in Tribute Ben has decided to buy a Diner and decorate it in befitting colors of Red White and Blue. It has Blue and White tile floors, Blue and White walls and that darn decorator even managed to sneek is some stars and stripes. There is homestyle dining available, and Beverly makes desserts fresh daily, if you are in a hurry or on the go - try our fast food menu or just grab a snack and run. There is also an outdoor patio to enjoy those warm evenings and watch the water dance in the twin fountains. Don't miss daily Happy Hour - from noon till closing - Linda makes the best drinks in town and don't forget the diner has a special bar menu - so be sure and eat before you drive. Oh and don't forget there is Wi-Fi for those working lunches. There is front door car parking and bike racks on the left side of the diner. There is also a couple of games near the men's rest rooms, just in case there is a line for the men's room. On Opening Night is was selected as a Hot Spot and the joint was a jumping.

    Third party CC used.

LOT SIZE ADDRESS & FINAL COST: 179,000

LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS: I decided to go with a more historical look for my restaurant. On both floors there are bars and food registers so there's no need to go treking downstairs to order your meal. I've mainly used heavy wood furniture and wooden floors throughout the build and and have decorated the entire interior in the colours of my country (green, white and gold). I added a patio area out front with two small balconies that are attached to the vip rooms for the celeb sims in your town. The vip rooms come equipped with dance floors and smoke machines. ;)

CloverGoddess - how cute - I love that pattern you used on the wall - it is one of my fav's, very nice booths - like the way you did those. I like the way you put an entertainment stage area outdoors with the patio dining - music is important for a diner :) I was wondering about those dark counters - I sure wish EA would let us put stoves on community lots or give us those cooking stations like in TS2. Left you a rec - great job :)

Thank you Brennachan - I am kind of a cc addict and that is where the menu boards and table clutter comes from - I really think it looks more realistic with some clutter. Glad you enjoyed the slide show - I see we share Beverly and it looks like Ben really likes dancing with her :D
