    A Halloween Murder ... by Anjubee

    These are my 2 entries for the Halloween Showcase.

    I built an abandoned warehouse and wrote up a story to go along with it. I tried to write it in a comic book/graphic novel kind of way. I don't do scary/gruesome too well, so the story ended up too "cute." But I hope I managed to capture some Halloween flavor.

    Big thanks to jisgr8, Amoebius, CaliforniaBound, Mmyoko, and RalphaelNinja for letting me use their avatars in my little story.

      It was a bit cute at the end but I don't think it detracted from it in any way :)

      I have to say, slide 9 is far and away my favourite ;)

      This should replace the default warehouse in the game. rec'd

      The story too is great... with special participation of Amoebius as the agent :lol:, and he's kinda slim here

      Haha, especially love the story! A bit disappointed I didn't suffer a terrible Final Destination style halloween death, though. Both the creations were awesome, Anju! I'll be careful from now on whilst delivering papers. d-:

      Tamlyn: I actually added in that scene because I wanted to showcase that area more, but yeah.. it did make it more cutesy than intended. Thank ya! I love slide 9 too. Considering using it as a future avatar picture.

      Tota: Thanks for noticing the lighting! I spent a bit fudging with that. :)

      Edit: Mmookie: heehee!! I guess I could have made you the dead one, but you're just avatar is just too precious to kill off.

      I love your lot and story, Anjubee! Rec'd them both. The music you chose for the story is perfect and I liked the ending- the tone was just right to me. Great job!

      I gave both a rec! It was a very cute story (I know I said cute and it was a murder story but I was very entertained :D). BTW .. .Nice tights!

      That was great Anju! The warehouse is perfect. Your story is so great. It was fun to see J in that Batman suit lol! And your avi looks so pretty. Great use of avis all around. :wink: A rec. for both!

      Netherlia: Thanks! I actually had more scenes planned where we find out the motive, but I didn't want to story to get too convoluted. So glad you liked it!

      J: Once I saw that costume, you know I just had to do it. :mrgreen:

      Evie: Hehe, yay! It was easier to use people's avatars rather than creating all the characters from scratch. Ralph actually played 2 roles!

      PP: Thank ya! I definitely started a lot of mischief in this.

      Bree: LOL! I was hoping people would get a kick out of it.

      Terentia: Haha, thanks! Yeah, it turned out to be cute when I was aiming for suspense. Go fig! Glad you enjoyed the story... and the tights! :lol:

      lol, that was perfect. Each time I read through the story, I start cracking up lol. The warehouse looks just like one too.

      The story was great and I enjoyed it. The warehouse looks very realistic and scary. Definitely a rec.

      Loved the cast lol. The building was great, loved the little warehouse touches, like the stacked chairs. Nice work.
