Carl's Dine Out Reloaded Mod

I took the plunge and downloaded this mod and my word the dining experience is much better! So far i've played as an owner but i've noticed since installing the mod, my two waiters who are maxed out in both required skills seem to take a little longer in getting to the customers once they're seated that the owner ends up taking their order after welcoming them.

Is there a way to speed up the waiters getting orders from customers?

I've been wanting to try out this mod. It seems like such a good idea. Does Carl still offer other mods and guides? I always loved his gameplay guides but I haven't seen new ones in a while.

@Brd709 Have you clicked on the waiter and then selected reset? I was told long ago to do that upon entering any restaurant for faster and better service.
