Early concept for a high end bed and breakfast expansion.
I am loving the wood textures on the furniture and the big ceramic pots. The paintings are lovely too. All those books on the shelf makes the room look like a doctor's waiting room or maybe travel agents office. In the live stream last year they did show some concept art for furniture with similarly detailed wood texture, so maybe they are indeed working on a vacation type pack to be released later this year.
Maybe its a mod but I noticed something strange. Each time the huge or game changing mod launch EA distributes similar mod. For example, Arnie launches farming mod and few weeks later we get Cottage living? More and more people are talking about occults and their update and soon we will get trailer for improved mermaids mod? So it might be hotel pack coming soon

I think they're saving Hotels for the Next Gamepack which I'm expecting in Spring or Early Summer.

I think (or more like hoping) the nearest pack which is gamepack coming this spring or summer is going to be about horses or fairies
I think it will eather be hours or Hotels this summer just based of clues but I've been wrong before but we will know in late Spring or Early Summer till then fingers crossed
if we do get Hotels I hope it wood be in an vacation ep and Mabey have things like sight seeing and surfing and golfing and Mabey have conventions at the hotel as a new social events things like a comic con or a Beauty pageant or business meetings and Fancey tea party's also a cool gift shop to get some sovenors from your trip
bacaley it would be a vacation pack like Road Trips Hotels and bed and Breakfast and mabey a summer camp for kids and teens you could Visit and own tourist attractions like how in the tv show gravity falls they had the Mystery Shack or Turning Red had the temple basally places to see
so this basically has been happening with every new EP since the hotel mod exists, that someone claims to have seen hotels as a new lot type on the gallery and thinks they're coming with the new pack. But after all, it just ends up being the hotel mod.
I don't think hotels come with Growing Together, it makes no sense and they definitely would've showcased that in the trailer.
It would be a very strange marketing move to not include hotels in the advertising if hotels are coming in this pack. I doubt it but I do think the suitcases could be a hint.
A travel based pack is at the top of my wish list. If the next (after GT) EP is indeed hotels and bed and breakfast I would be thrilled.
Then why were hotels spotted in build mode under the lot types? Perhaps they were accidentally put in early cause of the patch and their coming in a Gamepack this Spring or Summer.
Maybe the person has mods installed and forgot? I had a few different lot types show up in my library and I thought they were new but turned out it was from a mod.
I didn't realize mods could actually add to the lot type list in your library.
Yeah you have to have one of the Venue list mods for them to show up properly.

Seeing so many hints at horses and fairies in Growing Together trailer and the sims community I am leaning more into fairies or horses
