Can not download the game from origin

When I tried to download the sims medieval deluxe pack from Origin and I get this message your "action cannot be processed that didn't work let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later". First of the Card I used is NEW so what is the problem. I am ready to stop buying anymore Sims 4 Games until this is resolved. Can anyone Help Me?
