A plan is starting to develop in my mind about how this might look. Here's some pictures to show you what I'm thinking. All of this is open to discussion.

In Willow Creek, I love this top right corner as a community lot area. I think the street looks more geared to a public area. So these four lots I'd like to be community lots of some kind, maybe a museum, lounge, restaurant, college, or things like that.

The two big lots in the left corner are still fluid. I love these both, but I'm not sure their placement looks great here. I tried the Open Opera Forum in the middle park area, but it only looked better from the bird's eye view. I might try that again though, and just get rid of my National Park. Up for ideas.

The strip along the coast of Willow Creek, I'd like to be matching apartments next to this gym. I like these apartments, but I'm still open to others. But if I stick with these, I only want one of them furnished and decorated by me. The other two are open to someone adopting them as a decor project. I'd like the outside of the building to remain the same paint color, but the landscape can be changed. The inside apartments should remain built as/is, but decor/furniture/inside paint/flooring and all of that can be restyled. We can change the outside coloring, too, but I want all of them to match like they're an apartment set.

This Retirement Community is staying right here, and I'm considering another set of apartments for the two 30x20 lots, or a really upscale neighborhood to blend with the Retirement Community already there. If someone builds the other apartment set in Willow Creek and I select those, it's possible I'll just move the one's currently in WC here and repaint the outside to match the style. The 40x30 lot could be almost anything, as long as the style coordinates with the retirement community building.

This Willowcreek neighborhood toward the back, I'm leaving as a suburban neighborhood, middle income lots, and a park would be welcome there to go with it, if available. Some of these houses are pretty firm, but they might shift in and out of neighborhoods, still. Specifically, the red brick house and the little blue one story. The other two houses, mine, are still free if you'd like to build something suburban style. I'm kinda thinking older suburban, maybe 80s and 90s build styles.

This neighborhood is still up for ideas, but I love the church. It'd have to be a real stunner for me to replace it. I think a school or daycare, maybe both, would be fun here. Maybe some houses in the back 3 and community lots across from each other. Still thinking through this neighborhood.

The middle big area of Oasis Springs is still open, and I don't really have a plan for it. The two lots behind it are an elementary school and my trailer park shell. I may just build out this shell, but for now it's open if someone else wants to tackle it. It's supposed to be a nicer trailer park, clean and tidy, with maybe one messy trailer.

This corner neighborhood is my "bad" side of town, run down feel. The bar is staying, and probably the Homeless Retreat (bigger residential shown), but everything else is open. These can be residential or commercial (maybe even something with an industrial feel).

This neighborhood has a Midcentury Modern feel and would be pricey older homes that have been modernized and well-kept. this neighborhood is mixed with a constellations park and a library. Non of these are open anymore. Issabella14 has already called the 30x20. I'd really like the Astronaut to live in this neighborhood.

This neighborhood is commercial and completely open to ideas. I'd really like to see a restaurant here. I've got one in an old save that would work well, but I'd have to go searching, so if someone else wants to build one, that's cool.

This corner of Newcrest I want to feel busy and commercial. The hospital is staying where it is, and I believe I have someone working on that. The Police Station/Post Office will probably stay too, unless someone comes up with something like it but better.

Well, there we go! That's Edit 2. We need to start getting some sims and sim families, if anyone wants to add some here. I also asked in the CAS area of the forum, but never got any response. I am up for this challenge. I will make some sims/sim families. Need to know what sims packs? I have all but a few of the kits.

@mustanggranny This one is base game only for everything. I have almost everything, as well, but I turned all of them off to make this base game only save. I'm excited to see what you make! There's instructions for posting each one (submission entry information) on the bottom of the first post.

@mustanggranny Thank you!! Please submit as many as you like...each sim family with it's own submission. We are in desperate need of sims. I think most of us here are builders at heart.

I'd like Henry to end up in that Red Brick (I forget the rest of the name) in Willow Creek. The one Cavapoo_King made. I know Henry's family oriented and Successful lineage, so if you want to make a spouse for him (or you can use Trulie if she's suitable), that would be fine. Just let me know. I'm totally fine if you just work on him as a single, too.

Yes, Red Brick Bustle is perfect for Henry, I will do a free real estate and place him there as a back story would be that he may be inherited it from a family member if he would pursue a business career and have a family. I don't know how the story would go but its in my brain like that
