@BreeMiles Oh no! I'm so sorry you were sick! I hope you're Christmas is wonderful. I'm getting my house cleaned up for Christmas, and wrapping presents, and all the stuff that goes along with this busy season. I'm on here most days, but just to check. I don't think I'll have time to play on sims until after Christmas.

Hey! I'm absolutely terrible at forums, but I'd love to take a crack at something if there are lots still available, is there an updated list of what you're looking for? If you're still looking for 70's style homes in the back corner of Newcrest I'd be up for that, but I'm really down for most things that aren't particularly landscape heavy. I've been building for about a year and a half in the Sims, and really just think this world looks quite fun!

@strexpet Hey! Welcome to our project! You can absolutely enter anything you want. There's no guarantees, but if we have room and looks like it belongs and works well, we'd be glad to consider it. We call stuff we want, so that no one is building the same lot at the same time. So, like if you want to build that 70's house in Newcrest, just let everyone know that's what you're working on, and go for it.

The two little lots at the back of New Crest are still available, and a 70s home would fit nicely there.

I'm not going to be on Sims too much the next couple of days, for Christmas, but after Christmas I can get some more pictures up of what's remaining. I know we need some commercial venues in Willowcreek, where the Goth's live in a new game. And we need a daycare across from the church, too. Let me see if I already have convenient pictures of those places.

I think I'm going to build something for that corner lot, thinking a rambler/ranch style, single story w/basement (because that's in the base game! And none of the base game houses have one! Or really like. Any maxis builds I can think of tbh), I'll pick away at it after work the next few days, just for the joy of building it, it's gonna be a fun challenge to do base game only, but I love 70's style interiors, so it'll be a fun place for someone to settle down or enjoy, or move their sim in and have a fun little base game remodel and update project.

It's the same since the last time. My daughter gets married in two weeks, so I've had literally no time to work on it. I'm excited to finish it and ready to get back to my daily routine.

Thank you so much! I'm ready for it to be over. I need some sim time. If you're wanting to work on anything, that neighborhood where the Goth's usually live is in need of commercial buildings. I'll be back soon! Thanks for understanding.

I'm back! Whew!! Planning a wedding is a nightmare, but it turned out beautiful.

I need a library and museum for sure, but I'm open to other ideas. The wedding venue was updated to be a base game venue, as well.

Oh awesome! @abelhinha35 So glad to be back. My real house looks like a wedding threw up all over my house. Ready to focus on something different, lol. I'll work on the daycare across the street from the church.

Umm...yes! Let me see if I can take a picture of an old one I did. It wasn't exactly a bell...but as close as I could get.
