I have a bunch of pics, but I unfortunately can't post any links or images yet even though I do know how. I just haven't been on these forums long enough yet to be able to.
That one moment where you've played the game for at least a few hours only to have all that progress thrown out the window because your sims game randomly decides to crash on you. Why do you do this to me, game? :(
That awkward moment where you forget to put put the fire in the fireplace that you had your sim light only to have her come home from class to see her dorm room, the hallway, and the nearby bathroom in the sorority engulfed in flames. Let's just say that her roommates weren't too happy about my little mistake. Herp-a-derp!…
I just uploaded my first community lot which is a Supernatural-themed coffee shop that was made in Moonlight Falls and ONLY contains content from Supernatural, University, and the base game. Please bear in mind that this is the very first community lot I've made and that I'm not the best builder, so please be nice if you…
Granted, but everybody hates you and will want to fight your Sim(s) whenever they're near them. I wish my Sims didn't get kicked out for cooking for hungry Sims at a party that doesn't provide food and then cleaning up after them. :x
This is Abigail Pebble who is the newest addition of my current family, the Pebble's, and has also just aged up into a toddler. Her traits are easily impressed and excitable and she appears to look just like her dad, Luther. In my honest opinion, I think she's the cutest toddler I've ever had that was born in-game and I'm…
Only sims can get in trouble for "acting inappropriately" when they're just cooking food for hungry sims at a party and cleaning the messes they leave behind. Only sims can buy furniture, building supplies, and clothing without having to actually go out and shop at places like Rona, Home Depot, Canadian Tire,…
I have that exact same version of UL even though I already got the base game and yes, you can install just the University part. I just ignored the base game portion of it since I already had it (got it with The Sims 3 + Pets last year). The physical copy comes with two discs so you can easily just install the EP and not…
I have some from a couple of days ago, but I've only been able to take three pics so far 'cause I was too busy actually playing and I sometimes tend to forget when I get all wrapped up. This is Alex Hemmingway who is currently in the Fine Arts Major. This was taken during her first lecture which turned out to be…
I think my biggest TS3 flaw is that I often play for let's say about a week-a month and then, for some strange, unknown reason, I start missing it and go back to playing after taking a 3-6 year break from the game. The cycle then repeats itself.
I originally had a gate around the driveway and the rest of the residential lot I was building about a week ago and thought for a moment that the car I put there wouldn't be able to go anywhere cause it looked blocked off (I think I was thinking of Sims 2 instead of Sims 3 when I did this). I then decided to delete the…
I'm not that great at building houses, but I do have some advice that may or may nt be helpful. Some things you should always put in a house (unless you're making a home that you want be burned or robbed) is both a fire alarm next to the stove and a burglar alarm next to the main door. Trust me, these are both pretty handy.
Just took a couple of scenery shots of Bridgeport recently when it was pouring rain out. Please bare in mind that these were both taken BEFORE I even downloaded the new lighting mod I got last night, so they might not be the best. I'll definitely be taking more now that I have it in my game. :-) This one actually turned…
Teen sim decides to do their homework when its past curfew and then gets driven home by the police even though they were only a few steps away from their house. This was also the second time that night that the teen was picked up by the cops. True story.
I once got the meteor shower one when I moved one of my sims into the small but fancy looking house in Sunset Valley (furnished). I regrettably didn't take it though, and now I wish I did 'cause I'm wondering what that particular challenge would be like. :(
Trying to play the game normally without cheats like 'TestingCheatsEnabled true' or even 'motherlode' for that matter. I can't even imagine attempting to play without my mods and cc, for crying out loud! I realize there are a number of simmers out there who can and do play a %100 clean game, but I'm surely not one of them.…
Nope, I haven't. I got TS3 plus Pets for my birthday last year, then I got LN a few months later, then SN the weekend after it was released, and finally I got both Seasons and Generations on the same day just a few days after Seasons' release. I'm also thinking of getting Uni soon and also don't have any of the SPs.
I usually add pet supplies depending if the family has any pets and/or there aren't any in the house (this is usually the case), and I also add both fire and burglar alarms if there aren't any. I also replace the pre-existing stoves, fridges, and other furniture with ones with better stats.
