I agree with OP. In ts2 you didn't need a pic to show how your sim was feeling, his/her behavior told the full story. If a sim were angry with another sim for something that happened between them (even if you were playing a different household and were on a community lot where the angry sim experienced the thing that made…
Yeah, this is how I feel too. I still like the open world of 3, the interactions and behavior of ts2 and the way ts4 can multi task. I think a more refined art style would be ideal.
My goodness! So many choices. I'm thinking this one seems a little stilted. And I don't like the view of seeing my "Sim's" back as I move around the game world. But it's sure an inexpensive game, $20.00 bucks on Steam. But, The Sims games are holding me for now, at least until Life by You comes out. I just feel like I know…
I've liked what I've seen so far. I won't be using any of the online mixing with other players at all. It was terrible with ts3 and that awful thing where you had to send your sims to other people's games. That's was as much as I ever want to do anything like that again. But single player, if its a feature not an after…
I am no longer interested in Paralives after seeing life by you and that inzoi. I just can't deal with that strange drawing like character. It looks so out of place compared to the beautiful homes and outside. And since we have so many options now, I will stick to the most realistic games. So now, I'm purchasing both LBY…
Yeah, I was astounded when I saw that trailer. I can't wait to try out these new games. I've heard that ts5 will be free, if that's true, I'll give it a go, but inZOI and LBY, have me in their clutches! I'm totally going to try them both. If 5 continues the cartoony look, I know I won't be interested. The CC doesn't make…
Yeah, not going there. I guess EA never learned after destroying simcity that multi-player and simmers doesn't mix. But that was a decade ago, so maybe people have changed. I haven't, I won't be playing it.
Yeah! You nailed it! That's exactly why I continue to play TS2. That behavior is the best. It's seems to me Maxis has never been able to recreate a Sim and their ability to make them feel like living creatures since that game. I'm hoping PBY will bring that back to life. At least, that's my hope and dream.
I pre-ordered too. It was fully explained what you will be getting upon ordering it. Right now, to me, it sounds very much like The Sims 2 mixed up with The Sims 3. Exactly what I have wanted for years! Yes, it's looking rather rough at the present as far as the people "look" but it's very early. We will be able to mod the…
I guess I'm really behind the times these days, I only just learned of the game in the past few days. Anyway, the question has been asked if I would buy life by you, the sims 5 or both. Well, I've pre-ordered life by you on the day I learned of its existence. As to sims 5, that remains to be seen. I don't know enough about…
I am very excited for it! It looks fantastic so far. I'm sure there will be things that I don't like here and there, but with a create a style type of tool and the very cool way you can change the furniture, to me, that ROCKS! I'm real glad Lyndsey is still at Maxis, and I loved seeing her again. If she reads this (waves)…
I'm real happy with Maxis after seeing the event yesterday. I think it's cool they are giving 4 away, that they are making more expansions and I'm totally psyched about Project Rene. If that is ts5 and it is able to be a single player game, then I'm all in. If it turns out it's merely a mobile game or something other than…
Well, I'm glad some simmers like it, I and my sims thought it was pretty lame. My sim happened to have a toy in his pocket and he sat down and played with it rather than watch the show. I think it was a really great concept, but it needed a little more "show" to the show. Sitting at a piano and singing, is really boring. I…
I choose the first one, definitely worth it, depending upon the story you are playing. Every pack is dependent upon what you are doing in the game. I play lots of different stories with lots of different themes, so the more things to do the better.
I'm looking forwards to something new. It's always fun to see what new things are added to the game, even if I don't like the overall idea of a pack, ie: knitting stuff. My theory has always been, since the days of The Sims 2, that every pack has something for everyone. There is always something I like in each pack. The…
I'm very excited to see what it will be! The village looks so pretty, very British, or at least what I think of as British. I love how much stuff we are getting lately, it's so much fun!
I haven't tried in ts4, I used to do that all the time in ts2. Does the sims in 4 play together like in 2? I haven't tried, I don't want to be disappointed.
$800? I don't believe it, that would leave out millions of people. Maybe if you add all the packs together over the entire period of the the game's life, but even then I don't think it's that high.
