Thanks, considering I'm literally only on one foot -- left one was injuired and got infected which landed me in the hospital. Getting around pretty well with a wheelchair for now, but looking forward to having two good feet again hopefully.

Well the patch won't be out till Tuesday, so I assume the early access will be that day....then it's going to take a while for content to be created especially for people who have lives outside of The Sims.

I try to graft plants of similar types/seasons together, like all the berries or the Herbalism plants (huckleberry/muckleberry, fireleaf/poison fireleaf, etc.) to save space in the garden.

If we ever get more pack refreshes, adding a few more recipes wouldn't be a bad thing IMO. Green bean casserole, guacamole (avocados in JA), etc.

I don't think there's ever been an option to save as rental -- it's easy enough to place the lot then change the lot type from residential to rental. (If we ever get a Paranormal Stuff refresh I'd love to be able to create a haunted house rental lot...)

A comment on house price -- one of the reasons "starter" houses end up higher than 20K Simoleons is that when people build houses they don't take the value of the lot into account, so a house that might only have been 18K when built ends up over 20K if you put it on a 30x20 or even more if you put it on a 40x30. 🤔

I was just able to install the new kits and Gallery is available (your Library shouldn't be affected by servers since that's on your home computer). Maybe try logging out of Origin and logging back in? Also make sure you're not in Offline mode; that happens to me if I have my computer on sleep with Origin open.

It can take a while to fix a bug, especially if it's something they have trouble replicating; folks can help by sending saves where they experience the bug. Make sure that the save is a vanilla save (remove all mods/CC before testing to see if the bug still exists) then check AHQ for details how to do it.

I'll download and place a lot fully furnished, then edit as needed -- if it's a whole lot of editing (or if the lot costs too much for my Sims and I don't want to freerealestate them) I'll place it unfurnished then fill it in as I go along (collectibles, Sim-made paintings, etc.).

Nice for you but for those who can't do so (like console players) this is a good update -- pretty much finishes what they started when they added new door swatches. Hope eventually we'll get some standardization in DLC packs as well.
