I'm having the same problem - the flirty photo is an old one that used to have the aura turned off. Automatically back on and can't turn it off now :/ Same with the new photos with a sad/focused aura too. My celebrity sim got the emotional bomb quirk from a sad photo!
I was a kidlet when The Sims 1 came out. My mum and I saw an ad on TV and both went "we need this game" :D My first time was playing a family with two kids. I must've spent too much on the house or something, because I could barely feed them. Maybe two/three days in, the husband died of starvation while taking the trash…
Does your celebrity have the stan quirk? I noticed both my celebrities were getting the same texts from family and friends. I then thought of their stans… and how they go through the trash (they went through the family's trash while my sim visited for Winterfest :/ ). Removed both of their stan quirks, and the text…
Although my sim teen hasn't been doing a lot of fame-building actions she's surprisingly a notable newcomer now after writing a quality song and licencing it. It's even up for an award - it's her first song! :o Girl must be talented, lol.
Fun idea! Certainly would be hard to whittle it down to ten screencaps. I love the third picture :D She looks like she's had a good life. I've picked my favourite born in game sim so far, Evie, yet I found it hard to get to just 10. Didn't realise she'd had such a full life :D
Yesterday my sims had Winterfest for the first time with a toddler in the family. The day before she was energised over present excitement and the holiday goals she loved were opening presents and Father Winter, like for children. Pretty much like real life ;)
My sim was going out with a married man so she sent one to the wife in the hope they would divorce >:) She sent it Love Day morning, and in the afternoon she got a reply - that the wife recognised her handwriting and she also didn't appreciate the love hearts for dots over i's (my sim seemed more cut up about that than…
I'm sorry for your loss! It is a silly way for a sim to die. I understand the dilemma - had the exact thing happen in one of my saves. Husband died of toddler cuteness overload in a beautifully decorated room :/ I sat there wondering what to do... and decided I wasn't too attached to him, so go with it :D (I'm sorry but I…
Nice! I hope they enjoy the new chapter in their lives :) I don't think I could ever move this family out of Windenburg, it's too darn pretty (and too much like where I want to live in real life!)
One of my sims has been giving a lot of advice to family members lately (in an almost patronising tone), and it sounds like she says 'amoeba' at the end. Always gives me a chuckle :D
Yes! I had fireplaces in my houses more for the look/feel of it, but seasons makes them more useful (since I didn't want to use the thermostat). Wish we had even more options like pot belly stoves, or what us aussies call coonaras :)
I'm not as heavily modded and CC-ed as I was with The Sims 3. This time I just have personal tweaks from my TS3 days and a few extra wedding dresses, a couple maxis-match hairs.
Possibly another reason is storms. I have a routine with my pets that my sims give them lots of love and attention every morning so it couldn't be that. There were multiple days of thunderstorms which made my pets tense... and the jumpy dog ran away :/
I'm enjoying all of the features... but definitely the weather. In my game at the moment the last few days have been stormy. My sims aren't enjoying it but I am :D
