  • How's it going lately? My sims3 was reinstalled using the ea app, on a different pc no less, and just today when I went to play, sims3 wasn't even listed in my games library on the ea app, had to go hunting for it and find a way to play. Reassuringly, I saw that it said "owned" on the add on I did in fact own, like Dragon…
  • Thank you for giving me hope, as I now must give up playing sims3 on my day off, because after an hour of redownloading, it timed out me logn and would not log me in again I tried several times to log in again and it just kept not doing it. When i returned to the downloads dashboard... all my downloaded sets that ispent…
  • This EA app is killing my ability to enjoy my sins3 game. I am spending as much time scrolling through 46 pages of store content to redownload (or attempt to redoenload, because it also randomly says I don't own things that I DO) as I would actually playing. This is burdensome beyond tolerability and I hope they are in the…
  • I just want my sims3 game back, without spending an hour just redownloading my store compilations and worlds only to be told several of them are things I don't own, when I jolly well DO. Being deprived of enjoying a game I spent more on than any other game ever, that I spent as much as I have on entire gaming consoles, IS…
  • I agree, whereas zombies add humor and gross factor, making simming feel a little less painfully pastel and babyish, frankly soms3 zombies were an intrusive pain in the neck that couldn't be turned off and I still find them 99% annoying rather than worth it. They should be like other occults: something you can manage so…
  • They were probably thinking that fun requires some element of suspense and surprise. Something they since forgot. Kids invent fun/scary games like "Bloody Mary" and "Light as a Feather/Stiff as a Board" and love to tell and hear campfire stories because without chills, there aren't many thrills. I loved those mysterious…
  • Yum! I make those in the air fryer on occasion. Carrot fries?
  • And here Itgought it was referring to shoemaker and wondered what the story was behind it but never thought to ask. I thought maybe like "What cobblers? We're the elves!" Fron the story of the elves and the shoemaker. I bet that shop used the name as a eiberatr play on words as @WhatCobblers described. I wouldn't expect to…
  • Have, but not in a long time. NHIE caught a sturgeon.
  • Do you only play sims4?
  • About teens, you can set any location as a teen hangout and teen npcs will hang around. I like your ideas, those are all mostly things that exist in sims3. Sims4 really was kind of like the underperformed younger sibling standing in sims3's shadow, only getting certain things far later than was done previously.
  • If all else fails you can use the MCCC mod, go into the mod menu item in game, and choose sim cheats then mood ans buff control and then either remove all buffs, or look into the buffs to select the angry ones for removal but that takes time to scroll through so many buffs.
  • It is odd and disappointing. Another that bugs me is being forced to start out in CAS instead of choosing a world, then getting to browse existing households and read about them before deciding whether we want to play them, or make a new household. That leaves me with a lot of saves, each of which has a sim I didn't…
  • If you go to mod the sims, all one word, and filter for whichever game (3 or 4 for instance) you can also filter for type of mod, sich as game mods, script mods, etc. And that should get you past things like cas items and pose packs. I share your feelings on that. I want play, not a static doll.
  • That is really beyond cool to know about you, DeKay. Sims would say, "clearly you're a person to know" lol. As for searching myself, the idea strikes terror in my heart in case I found something, so not gonna look. I don't even like seeing pics of myself. Gives me an unpleasant momentary jar. But happily cheering on those…
  • I am also cynical enough not to believe it's all shock and horror at so-called leaks. It's all publicity and gets everyone afire about it and interested in it. It's well known that there's no such thing as bad publicity.
  • It would be almost jarring if in sims5, they decided to crystallize the game firmly into the "canon" of just one previous game instead of making a vague new amalgam of them as has been the case all along. And I doubt they would make a game in which it's now the kids of the various townie families, because that would mean…
  • Are they actually doing Western zodiac? Gotta use something, but the AD&D alignment system (a sliding scale of lawful to chaotic on one axis, and good to evil on the other) plus archetypes with their own traits on a scale also (in D&D, fantasy species are used such as dwarves, elves, humans, orcs, but one could as easily…
  • If they do that, they are misguided because the VR community is already thriving with excellent ways for people to go about in social and exciting places, enjoy concerts and raves, watch movies together with friends they know both irl, and people they meet in VR space. Trying to duplicate that and sell it as a game would…
  • Omg the chocolate Touch so long as I can use it on command and it's not on all the time. If it were the other, I would seldom be solid these days! Would you rather be a man, or a woman, if you could simply turn into either one at will?
  • You maybe. I get tired of making my own food but can't easily buy things ready to eat. I treasure the few places that have something I can eat. That German lady with her top notch pastries has a special place in my heart. I might die of a heart attack but at least I'd go happy. WMLT to be tired tomorrow staying up too late…
  • That matcha tiramisu sounds delightful. The last thing I had was a warm buttered dinner roll.
  • Nope. Nhie been to a wedding rehearsal.
  • Yes, when it's well written. A hot bubble bath with tea, jazz, and candles?
  • Bring caught listening to Taylor Swift by the scene kids
  • Let's hope not but all too predictable if they pulled that.
  • I never knew how awesome VR could be til I tried it myself, and I do love it, but the sinister side of giant corporations getting us to sign user agreements few ever read, that lwf them record and listen on on not only us on gameplay, but our surroundings, other household members kr visitors, conversations, names, specific…
  • I will have to try that, thanks! And I can get alkaline but won't touch it after having the worst bowel problems of my life, after eating it. Erythritol isn't good for gut health either bc it kills the healthy gut bacteria off, so it has to be a once in a while thing with measures to support a healthy gut biome meanwhile.…
