This EP actually has me exited...I just can't believe EA would go back to doing actual EP's again. The trailer actually shows a new world and new gameplay for once. And the limited edition items are gorgeous.
Oh....my....god.... Has the Sims team redeemed itself after the horrible packs we've been having? I am living for this EP....it looks like an actual EP for once in EA's life since TS3.
I knew likes and dislikes would get messy with the gigs. The game barely keeps track of any info regarding townies, always assigning them random jobs depending on where you go. The game doesn't work right and the 7 year told is showing. After watching a couple of reviews I am glad I wasn't too bothered to purchase this and…
It's not cruelty, it's a necessity. I'm not a fan of all the chemically produced food that goes into these animals to make them grow faster and such or the tight spaces they have to grow on sometimes, though that's the difference between buying them from the supermarket or an actual farm, but this kind of vilifying talk is…
I'd much rather them use real life architectural and interior design styles. I don't like crappy mambo jumbo in my game like talking toilets and giant observatories and cupcake machines. Or hot pink and brown counters. But I agree that mid century modern was a bad choice. We've gotten that in Tiny Living and Get Famous and…
Yes, tbh that left a really bad taste in my mouth. Obviously that has nothing to do with this pack, but then you have to ask yourself if you're going to enjoy the pack when the BG is so finicky and broken.
All new animations that I could see were related to likes/dislikes which is BG and the client approving/disapproving of the renovation. That's about 3 max 4 in a 20€ game pack.
From what I gathered the same NPC's will change likes/dislikes based on gigs....that's kind of stupid if true and it points one of the many problems TS4 has...
I honestly don't know why some people on the stream were saying the pack has "a lot of content". It's literally one career, one favorites tab that you'll often only use for the career since it relates to decor styles, and modular furniture that it'll likely get patched or put into a kit but with a different style.
I'm a bit conflicted. It doesn't really feel like it has enough gamelay for a gamepack. Sadly, the kid's tent is just recycled animations and it really bothers me that they didn't put a toddler bed that matches the furniture of the pack in it. More importantly, one that matches the bunk beds of the pack. I'm also bothered…
Don't know whether to get exited or not tbh. The GP doesn't look like it has enough gameplay to me, though I like what it has. Hoping the stream will impress me.
