I guess the reason this isn’t possible is due to events that end and start at particular times like the Hot Tub Event as well as the fact that sending stickers appears to require an internet connection. Other than that, I don’t see why they couldn’t…

Remember your sims need to get a good amount of all 3 stickers to get the maximum prize of 9 gems at the end of the week so make sure you change their outfits throughout the week for a better chance of getting an equal number of all 3 stickers avail…
