  • As someone who prefers to build over playing my Sims 90% of the time, I definitely agree it would be nice if the process was easier. Evicting all the Sims, deleting all the ones I didn't make repeatedly, and bulldozing all the lots takes so much time up that could be spent building. Also, when you build all your own…
  • I feel like the complaints of more realism and what to spend money on have been around about as long as the Sims has. They technically even added in the bills idea I saw a few years back. Now instead of just a mortgage we have "bills" based on a mortgage or rent and then electricity and water. While adding in more business…
  • If you look at the whims in the left panel above your sim it'll say you have to fufill a want then discuss fears with another sim. I sadly can't find that chat option for my sim. I can confirm from a different fear I cleared up on another sim that it'll resolve after discussing the fears a few times. Honestly, I enjoyed…
  • Future was fun, fairgrounds was fun, and I liked the hotels in Sims 3 more since you could run your own resort.
  • I miss the candy store stuff from Sims 1, the French pastries stand on retail lots Sims 1?2? making magic stuff Sims 2, genie lamps Sims 2, hotel stuff from Sims 3 like buffet tables and gameplay, houseboats from Sims 3, salon stuff Sims 3, grocery stuff Sims 1?2?. I really love the idea of bakeries, candy shops, etc and…
  • I'd like to also see deep freezers, more tea kettle options, and more decorative food options. I love the tea sets, fruitcakes, etc but wouldn't mind like some Japanese/other Asian style tea cakes or even boxes of chocolates or trays of cupcakes to decorate with. Also why not decorative chopping boards? I would love a…
  • really disappointed. Only reason I even wanted any laundry stuff (which I didn't vote for) was for laundry mat purposes.
  • Love this idea for the most part, only criticism is on choices for clothing for men and women (children clothing is half good). Would like to see more sweets related clothing if it's a pack centered around that. Maybe a red and white striped shirt like a candy cane. Some of the clothing from the katy perry sweets treats…
  • Why can't they just patch things in for builders or include them in a pack with clothes and such? I do ways more builds than actual playing when I play the game, but still don't see a point of a pack just for roofs, stairs, separate foundations, etc.
  • I'd be fine with more realistic decorative options than the tiny cars most people currently have to resize to make parking lots and garages with.
  • something without the word eco in it since we pretty much just have laundry focused items and wicker furniture. Not really anything that makes it eco friendly. We have shelves with irons and such as decorations which goes toward laundry and wicker furniture may be considered eco friendly or not, i dont know, but we have…
  • maybe if you mean like an amish lifestyle, but while i could see canning being used in a farming pack, i cant see of the grid being a perfect fit, but then laundry isnt very eco friendly either.
  • i think we should just name the pack something other than eco living to reflect laundry being the main focus
  • I'm guessing your also against buying them from half price books then too, which sells old copies of the sims and again you can find sims 3 games in the 10 range for most expansion pack ones. I even got a sims 2 base game for $2 which allowed me to get the ultimate collection. Also, I'm not the only one who has mentioned…
  • I recommend taking a look at G2A, it works great and has great prices on sims and other origin/steam/etc games all of the time not just at certain times of the year. It even has some of the sims 3 store stuff like a date night pack of clothes that costs 1,950 simpoints in the sims 3 store for $1.01 on G2A. The simspoints…
  • yes, i tried to say that exact same thing. I just pointed out that both were part of the game before the sims 3 as well.
  • hopefully they're actually thinking of adding these in eventually, i know they might have had it on the potential list of things to let us vote on for the eco stuff pack under tiny home furniture or whatever.
  • what if they were trying to make it so that sims 2 would run on the newest window and through origin so that they could start offering it to buy through origin like people have been wanting? I know it sounds far fetched, but if they were, I wouldn't be upset with them trying to improve things.
  • not sure if the person who started this thread was aware but the sims one also had a nectar making option and we could grow grapes. I never played the sims 3 world adventures, so, I know I'm not getting it mixed up with the sims one. Plus, the link he shows to prove it was "first introduced" in the sims 3 even says that it…
  • Not everyone wants to use mods and just because laundry is something I and others want does not mean it necessarily fits with this packs theme.
  • i choose the food one with the preserves and such, but off the grid would have been my second choice. Was a really tough choice to make because all the choices were so good. Laundry, while I want it in game would have been my last choice out of the things we could choose from, though, on the original list they shared, it…
  • sounds complicated
  • I don't have a problem with the loading between lots, but I'd like to mention we had cars and garages in the sims 2 where we also had loading screens.
  • yes, yes I would like loans, mortgages, realistic bills, etc. (I use cheats, but would prefer the realistic route if given)
  • In the sims 2 and 3 they had potions and spells that got in the way of needs being fulfilled all of the time. In fact, in the sims 2 those spell types were for the witches on the darker path. They also had spells having to do with fire, making sims happy or feel like they were cursed, etc. However, I would not want it to…
  • as nice as this sounds, it sounds very unlikely they'd get this in depth and do something like this
  • I liked the need filling spells from the sims 3, so, I hope they have that, but I also really liked some of the spells and options for good, neutral, and dark alignment from the sims 2. I also loved many of the details from making magic, though, it's hard to remember specific spells right now. I also liked the whole market…
  • I had a town with 20+ people from the same family with the same last name, but would only see a few from that family with he clubs. So, it seems to me as if you only get a small sample size your sim can know unless you specifically send them to another sims house to get to know them.
