  • @Emily4331 Thank you! :relieved::heart: If I didn't have to be up in less than six hours I'd be playing in CAS right now putting these to use
  • @Emily4331 Yay! Thank you! Work has been kicking my tail lately but I can't wait to see get these in game. I can't, however, ignore the superhero boots. They're all I see
  • @Emily4331 They're all perfect! Thank you! I can deal with the hoodie, as long as there's no hole and the dresses look even better thanks to your work :relieved:
  • Do you like to play premade sims or create your own? For the most part I like to create my own sims but I do like to play premades occasionally. I'm not into the lore really, I just view a vast majority of the premades as background characters to my sims. Do you make stories out of your sims, play sims for challenges (ex:…
  • *takes out wallet* :sunglasses: I would gladly pay, lol. Thank you, you're doing me a huge favor so take as much time as you need
  • Hey, @Emily4331  I've got some CC fix requests if possible. I finally (finally, finally, finally :relieved: ) got done organizing my CC on my new PC and after looking at them in game these were some of the ones I still liked that looked like they needed some extra love. I included screenshots with the problem areas…
  • I have some big mods like Master Controller, Story Progression, and mods that tweak or fix minor things and even a few that add extra stuff since Sims 3 is no longer the actively worked on Sims game but I'm pretty picky about mods. CC however... the amount of hair, rugs, and painting I have alone is a lot
  • Since late August or early September of 2009 I believe. I played Sims 2 on console but heard PC was better and Sims 3 had just came out so I got it. I ended up getting Sims 2 on PC as well, and I got Sims 4 when it was free but Sims 3 sims so far have been favorite ones.
  • It's a Girls Aloud day all day for me after hearing of Sarah's passing and right now Crocodile Tears is playing. RIP Sarah Harding  https://youtu.be/PEuuhfyStxE
  • I actually would love to get a hang of building in The Sims 2 (I think being more used to Sims 3's cameras is what mainly threw me off) and Sims 4 on release didn't appeal to me so I might as well educate myself.
  • For me, more depth basically comes down to more control and (most importantly) more to make sims feel like unique individuals. I want sims I can connect with like I did in the previous games. I saw on Twitter it was recommended that you guys take time to play the older games just to get a better understanding of what we…
  • Nah, The Sims team gets some of if not equal the blame in my book too. Not every single decision down to a T is made by the top people at EA. There are producers, managers, execs, seniors, and presidents under Maxis too. Some decisions were and are entirely Maxis made and any praise or criticism for them should lie right…
  • Ayesha Ansari is my favorite. She's such a cool and laid back sim to have some of my sims befriend. I saved her with Leighton Sekemoto, his son Sam of course, and Stiles McGraw and moved them around with some of my sims. Leighton is adorable and lovable and I love Stiles' averageness lol. I had Ayesha meet and eventually…
  • It's understandable. On the one hand I can't wait to play the finished product but on the other I really want them to take their time and do it right. They still wow me with build mode additions but I really want to see the Paramaker, paras of all ages, the genetics system, paras interacting, pets, and the world. To try…
  • Maybe we consider proof of animations to be two different things but (at least in my view) they've shown proof that they're working on animations and I think only one of those posts is public (it was before I joined and I read it on Twitter originally) but both are in March. https://www.patreon.com/posts/character-48641387…
  • It doesn't say that the beta will be released in early 2021, no. General statement not directed specifically at you though, I honestly would rather they take their time creating this game. One of the things I disliked about Sims 4 was how rushed it felt and I gladly would've waited 6 or even 10 years for a better Sims 4…
  • I personally don't think the game can handle anymore and deliver the amount of content they currently do in EPs still. Now whether or not one feels that lately the EPs provide an adequate amount of content is a whole other issue but depending on where one falls on that issue it says a lot about the current state of the…
  • No thanks. I see the push towards it and feel like some element of it is inevitable because the main audience they're marketing to are the type who'd love it, but I personally don't want to play with anyone. I prefer single player, offline, never needing the internet but unfortunately they've pretty much done away with…
  • Sunlit Tides! It's beautiful and very relaxed feeling. I love summer-y, island beach worlds the most. I like to live vicariously through my sims lol.
  • It looks cute and it's something I wouldn't mind trying it if only it weren't MMO. I'd love to see more life simulators, similar to The Sims, come along so I can have more options.
  • I don’t usually invest in a game before it’s release date (in the form of pre-orders though this is different) but I’m seriously considering becoming a patron of Paralives. It was two, really three things for me. First was seeing Anna’s dev chat week on Twitter from Mar 15th – 19th where she gave examples different…
  • I’m not quite sure if some of this is going follow the guidelines but I wanted to try anyway and I’m trying to word my thoughts, concerns, and questions in a way that fits. The main things I think about is the future of The Sims. I mean beyond The Sims 4 and even outside of the main Sims series. Some things are light, like…
  • It's actually a combination of all of the choice but mainly how bland and indistinct, beyond looks, the sims are. The sims are the most important part of the game but they lack decent personalities and therefore drag the rest of the game down.
  • One of the reasons I'm here on the forums still is for The Sims 5, so no I'm not tired of the speculation. I love The Sims franchise, don't get me wrong, but I'm tired of Sims 4. Yeah, it's seven years of Sims 5 speculation but it's also seven years of Sims 4 having 'so much potential' and there being 'so…
