Well, the cc preset eyes and lips that I tend to use on my female sims looks wonky on male sims. So if my male child inherits them, then I try to edit their eyes and mouth to look more like the father. Other than that, I may change their eye and hair color (both genders)

I am so behind with phase 4. I want to get caught up before phase 5 starts, but I doubt that will happen. I just watch what I like and get to the rest when I have the time.
Never played sims 1, and I was like 9 or 10 the last time I played Sims 2, so I don't remember much about it. Generally my ideal sims 5 game would have the art syle, create a sim, and build mode of Sims 4, but the worlds and most of the features of Sims 3.
Just posting to see my answer to the poll. I must have voted a while ago. My interest in simulations is waning, so I don't see myself buying a whole new game. I'll stick with Sims 4. As soon as we get a Generations EP, I will be satisfied for the most part.
