OK, so this may not (entirely) be EA's fault, but for some strange reason, I cannot save sims to my library. I have tried re-opening my game, my internet connection is fine, and I have tried to upload a family to the exchange. It doesn't show, neither in my library nor on the exchange. Any help?

One of the main reasons I still play TS4 is that it doesn't turn into a lagfest like TS3 does on my computer, and starts up much faster, and is less a hassle to play. Toddlers would be great. It makes zero sense and bothers me A TON when my sim is old enough for their parent to be their brother or sister.
