How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All the currencies in the game suddenly changed into around 2 Billion. And then i do everything related with currency
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the proper nominal of my simoleons/cash/etc.

Additional feedback I think the bug appeared after I made a purchase with cash (in game cash).

Seems like this issue is fixed! If you still have huge amounts of cash, please contact EA.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Hi, I sold one of Izzy's creations to make room for more but instead of getting 3 gems my game generated heaps of currency of every type & now I can't use any type of ticket. I can't make new Izzy's creations, I can't make new children etc.
I'm playing on Android, I have the latest update, I've turned my phone on and off and I've also reinstalled Sims Mobile and it hasn't fixed the game.

Yep, happened to me also! right after I tried to sell an izzy fashion item game crashed out then on opening I was a billionaire with simoleons and sim cash and tickets but when I got to buy anything I actually have nothing as ipad telling me figures are negative and in red and giving me option to buy some! I tried to give out some stickers and got an error message about buying some sim tickets! Cant play game, complete quests or even daily quest as cant purchase anything. Options to build rooms and land have disappeared along with my new billionaire status! Everytime I try to do a task I get same message about do I want to buy some sim tickets! Also I have been stuck on level 40 fearlessly fresh for several days now and despite purchases with sim cash and simoleons my level is not going anywhere. IS THIS BEING LOOKED INTO PLEASE OR DO WE HAVE TO DO A SIMS REPORT OF THE BUG INDIVIDUALLY?? MISSING MY SIMS.......
