    suntans & sunburns

    Has anyone ever got them?
    Seems like no matter how long I stay in the sun I don't tan or burn.
    I tried lounging/relaxing in the sun from 10am to 7pm, at 20+ degrees.
    Still no luck! All I get is a 'Getting Warm' moodlet.

      That's so weird, I've had no problems in getting sun tans, though I've never been burned. There's not enough time in a sim day IMHO

      I don't have seasons yet, but is it mostly the tanning booth that makes you burnt rather than being out in the sun? Thats kind of how it looked in some of the vids.

      The Tanning booth has a possibility to over-do it... But if you're unlucky you can get burned by staying out too long in the heat

      My Sim got sunburned the first day I played Seasons. I wasn't paying attention to her until I noticed the sunburnt moodlet. Now I give all my Sims immunity to heat and cold.

      no sunburn yet, but Parker Langerak went skating on the pond behind the science facility in his pj pants, stepped off the ice and fell flat on his face into the snow,
      He was frozen solid !
      Cracked me up :D
