It is not straightforward to stand on your feet when life stretches legs for you. We all know that Rasmus is struggling to find a foothold. We’ll see how it goes for him now.
Tusnelda and Martin have fewer challenges and yet we will follow them on a day that offers something out of the ordinary.
In this chapter, several of the characters will have their patience tested to the limit.
Some will have a nice day and others will experience a day they would rather do without.
In addition to following our main characters, we will finally see how things go with Blue. A big change is coming.
Sometimes one’s vision may be limited. Maybe it’s because of outside barriers. Maybe the barrier lies within your inner self. In order for the wound to heal, it may be necessary to tear off an ingrown patch. Whatever the pain it causes, it will also lead to a clarification.
Only when you can see the full picture it will be possible to make a necessary decision. Only then it will be possible to grow again.
This chapter hides an ending that might leave the reader in pain. I would say this chapter was not fun to write. It may be one of my worst chapters ever, but I think it was necessary before I can move on.
Rasmus has struggled to overcome the longing for Blue for a long time and there are many who worry about him.
Tusnelda feels she is stuck and she struggles to avoid the boredom. Martin fights for him and Tusnelda to have some undisturbed time together.
When life seems like an endless battle, it’s time for you to look up and look at new horizons.
Recent events in the world have made me think about how much I love everyday life with all its trivia. Boredom, laundry, conversations and small quarrels, mixed with the small sparks life offers us in between. Even my cat who right now with annoying howls is trying to attract some entertainment fills me with grateful joy.
This chapter does not contain major events or revolutionary discoveries. It is simply a tribute to everyday life.
Welcome back to a chapter full of everyday drama. In this chapter, Trix gets to test his patience, Rasmus sees a pair of beautiful eyes, Tusnelda gets a real scare and Martin comes in contact with brand new emotions. Remember that no one knows the day before it is over.
In this chapter, Martin prepares for an important soccer match with his usual routine composure. For Tusnelda, the day offers far more unforeseen events. It will be a day where she gives birth to new wild ideas and where she obtains great praise but also a resistance that hits her where it hurts the most. It will be a day where she starts on a mental journey.
No life is without conflicts and when it comes down to it, it’s mostly about what we do about the resistance that meets us. Last but not least, whether we possess the ability to correct our mistakes.
In this chapter we follow Tusnelda’s journey to Sixam and it will be revealed that she has a great devotion to trees.
Life in a society is very noisy. Besides the noise from the traffic or the constant news flow from the TV, there is the noise from people around you. Family, colleagues, friends or someone who is suddenly talking to you on the street. They all expect something from you.
Only when all external noise is filtered out will you be able to listen to yourself.
When the old habits no longer bring anything good with them, it’s time for a rebuild.
Tusnelda has received a revelation and she and Martin are making great efforts to speak out with each other. Sometimes it’s just so hard to find the right words. In some situations, words may be completely superfluous.
In this chapter, we also encounter other recognizable characters. First of all Rasmus who gets an unpleasant surprise.
The previous chapter had a kind of abrupt end. This chapter will therefore be a continuation of what happened to our main characters for the rest of the evening. This chapter also includes a small spinoff because a guy with compelling confidence demanded a place in the story. Since he has already interfered in the story on several occasions, I have chosen to follow his requirements.
Warning: A very unhealthy use of alcoholic beverages occurs in this chapter. Chapter 55
Hm. For some reason your blog won't let me post a comment (I keep getting the error "verification failed") so I'll put my comment here, instead.
Oh, Rasmus. He was doing so well, but seeing Blue sent him right back down the cliff, didn’t it? Drowning your sorrows is almost never a good thing but drowning your sorrows in “juice” is downright dangerous. Oh dear, Masato seems to move fast. Barely at the club and already draining its occupants. We’ve never seen this side of him before- it’s always been him at the research lab, either angry or flirting with Tusnelda. I wonder what he’s like off the clock. 🤔
That’s… that’s not compromising, Tusnelda. That’s forcing your own wants on Martin yet again. The middle ground between “actively wants children” and “might want children later” is not “let’s not worry about it now and if we end up without, that’s perfectly fine”. Children usually is a topic that is discussed way before marriage. Geez, I really hope they’re able to work through this one. And not by making Martin adapt to her wishes without getting his own dreams fulfilled.
Other people constantly mistaking the things Rasmus is talking about for Don is pretty funny but I’m worried for Rasmus. He’s so drunk. Almost blackout drunk. He has a serious drinking problem.
Rasmus! Don’t drink strange drinks that are left at the bar! Oh my gods there could be anything in there! Or maybe not, this is the world of the sims after all. Maybe unattended drinks are less sketchy in sims bars. Everything is perfect. No, Rasmus. If you need that much alcohol for everything to be perfect, then everything is a hot bloody mess. 😐
I’m glad Tusnelda has a moment of introspection there. They’re so compatible but this is a big topic, not to mention Martin’s greatest dream. I’m sure they can work something out. Hm. There are ways of caring for kids without actually having one yourself, are there not?
Oooh, those Forgotten Hollow pictures are haunting. Masato is spot-on with his timing. Just before dawn is when people and creatures are at their least vigilant. I wonder what kind of hunter he is.
YES DON MAKE SURE RASMUS IS BREATHING OH MY GODS 😂
*cough *
Points for Don for making it very clear to Candy what he’s after and what he doesn’t want. It would have been very easy to lie to her or try to get with her anyway. It always seems like he doesn’t care for the women he gets with, but this scene shows at least a little respect.
Hm. That’s… that’s almost gentle, Masato. Then again he does have her bewitched to offer herself up to him again. Eh. Compared to how bad of a vampire hunter he could have been, this is really not so bad… I think. 🤔

As the title suggests, this chapter will not be without drama. There is a big difference in how people take their defeat. Some are weighed down by inward shame. Others get furious and find some they can turn their anger against. We will meet them all.
With the help of friends, the day will come to a peaceful end.
@_sims_Yimi Thank you for your long empathetic comment. I do not know what's going on with the Jetpack Reader right now. A few days ago, it kept marking that there were new comments, even though they were not.
I have looked at all the settings in WordPress and everything looks normal.
Rasmus has had a severe relapse in this chapter, but everything around him has changed in so many positive ways.
He has another lesson to learn, but hopefully he will also realize that life has a lot to offer in addition to resistance.
He tends to self-pity and he tries to deal with it in an unhealthy way.
I happily believe that a glass left behind is reasonably harmless in the sims world.
Tusnelda has said all her considerations out loud. I think you are right in your criticism of her, but it may be necessary to be ruthlessly honest in order to let go of that which prevents a development.
Something has changed and she will have even more to think about in the future.
We've talked about Don elsewhere and as you know I think almost all people contain some good qualities beyond what seems unsympathetic at first glance. He is a good friend of Rasmus and he does not hide his intentions when it comes to women.
Forgotten Hollow has its own bleak beauty. I'm pretty fascinated by most sims worlds. They have done a great job.
Masato is a flirt and a seducer. I needed to tell more about him because he made me curious.
It was Morgan's lack of negative emotions that created this idea of his hunting technique. Almost gentle yes. She suffered no distress.
Some people claim that green is healthy for the eyes. I can promise you lots of green in this chapter. On top of the dramatic chapters of the last few weeks, absolutely nothing is happening in this chapter. If you nevertheless choose to hang on, you may find that all development requires calm before it is seriously implemented. Warning: A lot of cat spam will occur.… just because cats are pretty lovely.
In this chapter, we return to Tusnelda and Martin in Granite Falls. They are still on vacation and most of their time is spent developing their personal skills. Another big part of the time, they enjoy the infatuation they have rediscovered. However, it will also be clear to anyone that Tusnelda is tumbling with some very difficult personal questions. If she ever reaches a clarity it will show in the end.
