I prefer kits that alter gamellay or add new items! Love some of thr ideas listed before:

-Critter Kit: Adds small pets either Either Rabbits, Guinea Pigs or Ferrets. They'd have a bigger enclosure than the one for hamsters and allow you to get one or two of varying patterns. They'd have nest interactions and maybe you could even have babies by accident that you later sell or adopt out.maybe a feature similar to frog breeding where you can go for crazy specific patterns over time.

-Reptile Kit: Get an enclosure for either a snake, turtle or lizard. Similar to the Critter kit but just reptiles.

-Bird Kit: Adds bigger birds like Parrots as well as some smaller bird varieties. I imagine their would be two kinds of enclosure for them depending on size, and they could be trainable to do tricks and pranks!

-Pool Kit: Adds some pool items like teo heights of diving board with a new skill and somethinf even kids can use like a water slide.

-Treehouse Kit: Adds a treehouse to the game, and it could be upgradable to add features on like a swing and slide. Useable.for kids and up (bring back treehouse woohoo). Could add another toy or two usable for toddlers as well, like a rocking horse and xylophone.

-Arcade Kit: Adds a few arcade games and a new lot type. Just gives sims more to do in their communities and would be a great teen and Kid hangout spot!

-Homeschool Kit: Allows you to homeschool your kids insted and add a whole system for it with related items. Could come with more workbooks for core subjects and make some different interavtable objects like a telescope and a globe.

Lawnmower kit: grass lawnmowing, brushes trimming and composting bin to store fertilizer scraps like dog poop, raked leaves and mowed grass

Water heating kit: adding water heating and propane tank, Sims can enjoy a full heated shower until another sim uses any plumbing item

Swimming pool cleaning kit: cleaning the swimming pool using filters, chlorine dispenser and lead skimmers. Also including the water slide

Wood chopping kit: buy logs, chop those to dissestress and use them into the fireplace, grilling with smoke flavor tunes or for wood crafting

Astronomy kit: bring us back the classic telescope and not the oversized observatory one. At least 5 functional telescopes and some clutter

Homemade food kit: nectar and butter making, like The SIms Mobile and Makin Magic, respective.

Diving kit: introducing diving lots, updating all worlds with diving lots to enjoy scuba diving.

Forging kit: use a anvil and a forge to create iron crafting items, like medieval weapons, helmet, armors and maybe... horseshoes?

Weaving kit: introducing the llama as new animal, Sims can use a loom to create new wardobe stuff using llama fiber

Freetime kit: a combo kit that includes both sewing and pottery in one, like TS2 Freetime

Small pets kit: bird cages returns and new aquariums with upgrade parts: filters, heaters, feeders and interactions: cleaning, plant trimming, feeding, changing water and replacing dead fishes

Delivery kit: ordering items via internet will have now a delivery system if you paid for the free, normal, express and VIP shipping, including food delivery system.

Camping kit: axe throwing, archery range and obstacle course returns for more fun!

Bands kit: drums, bass, new instruments and the ballet bar

    Also, i've forgot:

Services meters kit: water meter, propane/gas meter, electricity meter, fuse box and propane/gas tanks

Composting kit: i've included it in the above post with the lawnmower kit, but if not, a composting kit that includes two types: compost and vermicompost bins can add more interactions depending which is choosed

Arcade kit: having the retro arcades from the 80s and 90s, also race simulators and on-rail shooters like House of Dead

I think I would like to see a romantic interactions kit! This type of kit could add in quite a few interactions for our Sims to do, and maybe include some new romance themed objects for Sims to interact with too. I think that kits seem perfect for adding in new interactions, so I'm hopeful that they may do that with some kits in the future!

I'd like to see more kits that allow us to do more activities, such as:

    - making jams & preserves (using harvestables)
    - making nectar / fruit juices (using harvestables)
    - sewing
    - more musical instruments

Small exotic pets would also be nice, such as lizards/geckos, turtles, spiders, snakes...

My kit ideas - Some might have already been mentioned, thus I must confess I did a poor job of reading all the posts. Let me know which you would perfer!!!:

    1. Indoor gardening - we could have herbs in little mason jars, planted along the window sill; decorations along those lines including fertilizer and more realistic house plants, such as a potato vine or little ivy to adorn our shelves; also, common plants included like rosemary, oranges (why do we not have these), paprika, oregano, ect...

    2. Swimming pool update - diving board and gameplay of teaching the toddlers and kiddos to swim; additional items could be pool noodles, inner tubes, the shark fin helmet kids wear to scare others (could also be game play), beach styled umbrellas that don't stand but lay down in the sand

    3. Cars - they have already programmed moving vehicles into the game if you travel to different lots. Not sure how difficult it would be to reintroduce this as a game play option, but it would be incredible if it could. we could have cars, 3-4 vehicle types with varying swatches. gameplay could be driving of course, then teaching teens to drive or sending them to drivers ed, getting tickets every once in a while. But i don't like it when they pick up the bike and ride it and it stay in the inventory...the car would have to be re parked in the street or driveway...Perhaps, we could also slip in bikes here also. Helmets and knee pads, or the racks to place the bikes in- an easy add in build mode or to the university lots...

    4. All jazz - addition of saxophone, trumpet, and trombone to the game - inspiration from the greats (Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra...) We could learn as kids and teens, perform on the street for tips and fame, play on the stage or in clubs...we could even expand this pack to a full world, New Orleans themed (Garden District, The Hotel Royal, French Quarter, Bourbon Street) with gameplay from get famous and vampires and magic. We could build a speak easy, renovated for the times or untouched to live out its glory. There could be horse drawn carriage rides, art vendors in the street, new and mouth-watering foods, perhaps some voodoo??? (OBVIOUSLY this EP would sell itself on the beignets alone..heheh!)

    5. BABIES!!! gameplay to pick them up and carry them around, move them from one bassinet to another, so they aren't this inanimate object you barely interact with!! Additionally, they could spit up and have their clothes changed. Decoration- diaper pails, wet wipes, random bottles to place in the kitchen, rattles, different mobile to hangs over the cribs - maybe animal themed like giraffes or zebras?

    6. Picnic kit - little baskets and blankets, go on family outings to the park all walking together, or even just in the backyard. We could also add in a frisbee or American football gameplay...that was always my favorite part of picnic when I was younger. If additional items were needed, we could have more hats or sunglasses, more blowing bubbles and sunscreen interactions

    7. Cooking with kids - I miss the kids being able to use the easy bake oven...but if most dont want that back then we could add in game play to allow kids to make simple things...a sandwich or soup in the microwave, allow them to "help out" with dinner, ask them to "set the table" for respectful or responsible trait gains. We could even allow them to bake in the oven with parental supervision, like how we can get the parents to help with homework.

    8. Fitness items - dumbbells, jump rope, skates, skateboard, ect... Decor could be motivational posters or stinky tennis shoes

    9. Canoeing or kayaking - instead of fishing you can walk down to the river and go canoeing by clicking on the sign...I think it would be brilliant addition of water sports to the other worlds, outside of Sulani. I also believe it would be an easy addition, as the jet ski and small boat are already incorporated. Decor and CAS items could be life jackets (automatic over whatever top the sim has on, whether it be a swimsuit or a t shirt), nature posters, helmets, backpacks to bring food and water with you, canoes or kayaks with shelving in build mode to add to the garage.

    10. Astrology pack - small telescopes for home usage, incredible posters of space, they can capture pictures of what they see and frame it, random personalities or love interests or fears based on zodiac signs (you could assign this or toggle the interaction off/on if you wish) and perhaps even a "check your horoscope" interaction, and lastly, teach kiddos about the stars when stargazing, sending the sims to visit a planetarium or observatory.

I would love to see either a Stuff Pack or a Kit inspired by the Lustron houses from the 1950's. I've been playing a lot of Fallout 4 and I just love the style and aesthetic.

    • Would love to have those asymmetric columns in the Build & Buy catalogue.
    • We already have a similar square cladding texture in the game, but more swatches (especially bright colours) would be awesome.

    • Of course, who could forget the garish bathrooms, usually decorated pink, green or beige.
    • The bath tub designs are also really interesting, as they're usually quite low in height, with a tiled or embossed bath panel.
    Sims 4 Wish List:
    • > Option to toggle on/off random townie generation.
    • > Turn vacation worlds into residential worlds.
    • > Option to purchase separate worlds or a world pack.
    • > Sleepwear kit.
    • > Atomic age kit.

Since we are getting Moroccan architecture style, I would like to have a Gothic architecture style kit

I dearly miss Cathedral-like windows, really tall ones that go over two and more floors, since it's impossible for a single window to go trough floors, they could always be modular so we could combine parts to make them as tall as we want, pretty easy to do, one part would be rectangular that we could put up to the ceiling line and one with the arch that we could put down to the floor line, tada! a window that goes over two floors. It's impossible to create something like this in the game currently as nothing matches.

Additionally since there is a max roof slope limitation in the game (although there seems to be builders that can bypass it somehow, maybe with some sort of mod) maybe add roof element that are tall and also pointed arches, flying buttresses. We don't have any of it in the game currently.

How about wooden panels for ceilings? It's bit boring to just have white ceiling.
I move where my heart takes me.. I am not bound to anything.

I'd love it if they started selling kits focused on different, iconic architectural styles from the world (including objects related to the associated cultures/historical periods)!

Tabletop games. Any of these ideas
If it were possible, I think a kit devoted to hobbies such as model making, model plane flying, model boat sailing, and even building model Railroads, both indies and outdoors in the garden.
Something for the pool. Any activity like a ring toss game, water polo, swim up bar with fruity drinks, a volleyball net, a real diving board with a skill. Maybe an activity to go along with a new object like a swim race or make the coaching a skill.

    would be cool too.

I like the idea of including more small pet options, but given that we've already had two paid pet-related packs having to pay for more of that kind of content leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I think given that these kits are so focused their best use would be for new gameplay features that some players would want and others would be fine skipping entirely. Expanded simulationist elements like realistic finances or expanded illness and injury systems would be an example. There are certainly players that would absolutely hate those things but also ones (myself included) that would love them.

I'm mostly interested in gameplay kits and I LOVE sooo much of the ideas in this thread (could´t quote them because the list just got too long haha!). Here are one more idea:

    Game night & Gamblers Kit
    • Host a game night (party event)
    • Play new pickpocket sized games
    • Gamble for money (option for all games)
    • New Game skill (board / card / dice games / Chess)
Level up Game skill +Logic. The new Game skill are added to the Likes / Dislikes menu
All new games can be put on regular tables and stored in your sims inventory.

New objects: multiple Board games, Deck of cards, Chess board (pickpocket size!), Cluedo (can result in the scared moodlet! >:) ), Game dices (pickpocket-sized, play Yatzy!)

I personally would like a D&D TTRPG themed kit, with a DM screen for nerdy sims, Personally Grim would be my Dungeon Master is my game saves, "I am Death, Reaper of Souls and I will be DMing the campaign, Adventurers you all meet up in a tavern introduce your characters, Geoff Landgraab I need you to get off you phone, Bella and Nervous are waiting for you to introduce you character."

    Sixam World Kit

I don't understand why Sixam isn't a residential world, we have playable alien sims in game and it doesn't make sense for them to not live on their homeworld unless they're exiles or undercover spies or refugees of some sort.
