Daydrinking and watching too many cooking shows. He had a bad break-up some decades ago and hasn't really pounced back yet. Every other possible love interest of him is now married, old or dead, and with Lilith busy with her much younger fiance Orange Bailey-Moon, kids, grandkids and now even a great-grandson (child of the adopted daughter of Lilith's adopted daughter), he leads a rather lonely life.
Most of the time I ignore Caleb, but in one of my saves he kept turning up on my Sims' lot so I let a romance (or two, or three) develop and now he's a married father of five, living in Brindleton Bay, working as a style influencer, and the patriarch of my Winston-Vatore legacy family.
He is doing his best to avoid Bella and Cassandra Goth.

Sadly, Caleb doesn't exist in my Sims universe...mainly because I don't have Vampires and while I've considered finding a version of him online to put in my game. Because I think that he would make pretty babies.

He knocks on doors and is ignored. He autonomously took a day job as a masseur at the spa in Sulani. I was a bit shocked to see him there since the spa is several small buildings and you have to go outside to move around. He uses super speed to get from building to building. I keep waiting for him to get too much sun.
In one of my saves, he is married to one of the Sims I created. The Sim had a sister, so it is Caleb, Lilith, and the two sisters Sims living in the same house.
I used Edit household to give Caleb and the Sim I created a child, and they got a daughter. I had them have a child in the game as well, and the Sim gave birth to a daughter. So, Caleb in my game has two daughters.
To kind of spice it up a bit, the Sim I created still enjoys getting plasma from humans, unlike Caleb. The oldest daughter will follow in her mother's way of life, while their youngest daughter will follow her father's way of life. I plan to have Caleb and the Sim have more children in the future.
In my other saves I haven't decided what to do with him yet. The only reason I play them most of the time is due to being able to get a mansion out of a relationship with Caleb.
I usually don't play with the NPCs, unless I want their house and to see what the kids between them and my Sims would look like, or if my Sims get along well with the NPC, with the same results of them having kids.
He was just a weird, lonely man with no direction, selling hot dogs in the park and sponging off his much more successful sister... until he showed up in Del Sol Valley one night and fell for the daughter of world-famous actor, Sandy Moss. Now he's on the run with her, leaving disaster in their wake and giving me lots to write about.
In my current save, Caleb has finally convinced Lilith to let him leave Forgotten Hollow and has ran off to San Myshuno to experience life in the big city. Not quite sure what to do with Caleb there, but he is probably going to get mixed up with the shady side of the city in some way...
I haven't done anything with him. In my universe, he still lives in the same house with his sister, and frequently shows up as a bartender when my Sim is out on the town. xD
