I had noticed that too while I was playing the game on the PS4 just a little while ago. And it only seems to be affecting the blush make-up and not the lipstick or eyeshadow or eyeliner.

I thought this would be fixed with the latest patch, but it wasn't.
They had just released a patch for console just yesterday. I have not seen the patch report so I don't know if there was a fix for this in it or not. I just know that I had gotten a message on the PS4 stating that a Sims 4 patch was installed while I was playing Cyberpunk last night.

It wasn't fixed. Patch notes only mentioned the genetic skin tone issue. I suspect this will be fixed in the January Patch.
I hope they fix it soon. I'd like to upload a family to the gallery, but I don't want my sims to look like clowns.
Default cheek make-up is too strong.

We can only hope this is fixed in January. It should be easy for them to fix. I think it was just an oversight. I'm hearing this issue is also happening with eyeshadow but I haven't tested that yet.

The workaround is using a mouse as the mouse can move it.

The bug is still not fixed and now I'm hearing PC is having the same issues after the January Patch. It was mentioned on AMQ.
