My girl Fiona Wallace has been through a lot. Her and freegan her dad got kicked out of their apartment, moved to Port Promise and were pretty much living off the land. Then her dad got struck by lightning and died, leaving Fiona to fend for herself. She quickly took up knitting to generate income. Thankfully her dad left behind a few valuable items he obtained from the dumpsters which she sold to be able to pay for the property tax. Despite it all Fi never lost her smile, also with help from friendly neighbours she made it past some of the worst days of her little simmy life.
I didn't plan to take the Wallace's story in this direction, (I honestly just made them to try out the Eco pack and create a teenage girl to date Jeb Harris cuz he's cute lolol) but I've grown to like how things played out. Still trying to bring her dad back without cheats because I miss him

Yes, that has always bothered me that ghosts aren't the least bit scary to a sim. They still may not find the ghost itself scary but at least hauntings will provide some basis for fear instead of just a tense moodlet.

@permanentrose I feel like I know your sims, but I don't recognize Eliza Keyes. Is she in a family you regularly play/post about?
I'm still building and working on my sims' new home in Mt. Komorebi. It's hard to take screenshots in build mode. But I wanted to have a sunken area in the living/family room, and I play tested it and everything works. The fireplace doesn't ignite anything beside it and sims can watch TV and play video games from the sunken part.
99% CC (everything but fireplace, books, chess table, and some other little items).
@hanuel I feel honored that you recognize my usual sims lol. Eliza is the daughter of one of my first families I made - The Keyes. I pop in to play them every now and then. She has an older brother, Emmett, and her mom, Marin, is pregnant with surprise twins (I keep using MCCC to prolong her pregnancy just in case the vague rumors about improved babies ever happens - I want her and Desmond’s babies to be the ones I would play test with ❤️)
