HELP!! CC NOT SHOWING UP IN GAME AFTER I MERGED IT!!

OK so i have like idk close to 2000 cc I LUV IT! (so don't tell me to delete it because that NOT an option) and i recently downloaded S4S (sims 4 studio) and i hit tools\merge cc...\ and then i divided my cc into about 300 so i put 300 cc package files in to each and merged them. after i merged it all i had about 5 merged files into my mods folder i started up my game and i went into CAS to discover THAT THERE WAS NONE OF MY CC AND I HAD MY SCRIPT MODS CHECKED and laptop mode off and everything and none of my cc was there but when i put the whole 2000 of my cc in the game it WORKS and it LAGS
please help im tired of playing my game of it keep lagging and 1 billion hour loading screens
ps.(sorry if i came off a bit mean by typing in caps i was angry and crying while i was writing this)

Does the cc appear in your game when it is not merged, but doesn't appear when it is merged?
If that is what is occuring, it would be best to place the cc files into sub folders instead of merging.
Also, try renaming the cc files so that there are no special characters in the file names. Try having file names that are only letters and numbers. Doing that can help with lagging.

Move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if that helps the crashing issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the crashing problem. Put one item/batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.
Because you have a lot of mods/cc, use the 50/50 method. Put half of your mods/cc into the mods folder then start the game and see if the crashing issue is still there. If the issue is not there, then you know that those items work okay with the game. Then you can test the other half of your cc/mods.
If the issue is still there with the first half, you will need to keep testing them to see what is causing the problem. Then you will need to test the second half of your cc/mods too.

When S4S merges your CC Mods together, it asks where you want to save it into, you need make sure it is saved at the correct location.
