What is the easiest way to update cas traits

So there are a few borderline personality traits out there.
I dis request an update via patreon from skillfullsimmer to update his traits.
The bpd traits unfortunately doesnt work.
There are other traits out there. Ive tried contacting the creators but no luck.
Is there a way to update traits. An easy way?
Mod constructor and sims 4 studio are very complex for me to understand...
